The media could not be loaded. I’ve been wanting a lava lamp for SO long but finding a SMALL, ORANGE WAX, BLACK BASE lava lamp was not so easy. Mind you, I wasn’t looking that hard, but when I came across this one I ended up getting two. One for my station at work (I’m a hairstylist) and one for my room at home. I’m incredibly pleased. The bulbs do break insanely easy, I broke the bulb that came with it getting the lamp out of the box. So when I ordered the other lava lamp I ordered two more bulbs, and when I was getting the spare bulbs out of the box they came in, one of them fell and broke also! So you might want to just be sitting at a table or something. Also the sticker does not peel off easily! And it’s on the very front, the cord comes out the other side. I didn’t try to get the residue off with goo gone or anything because I didn’t feel like it/I just put another sticker over it, so I’m sure you could get it off with some elbow grease. Although that probably means they intend for it to stay there lol

I have this lamp on my desk and I really enjoy watching the blobs go up and down. It wasn't too expensive and adds a good vibe to the area. The liquid coloring isn't as saturated as the picture shows but it's still pretty.

The media could not be loaded. I am so disappointed in the quality of this lava lamp. I purchased one of these and it arrived broken. The packaging was awful. The lamp was dented and none of these pieces were wrapped. Everything had just been thrown into the box. The base of the lamp bulb was wobbly and barely hanging on wheni pulled it out of the box. I attempted to place it in the lamp hoping it would still work but it did not. When I realized this I went to take the bulb out and the base broke away from the bulb and remained lodged in the lamp.I returned this lamp hoping it was just an outlier and ordered a replacement. It arrived the next day. This lamp was still slightly dented but the other pieces were wrapped up and in good condition. We plugged the lamp in turned it on and waited for it to heat up so my kids could see it work. About 45 minutes later my son brought me over to look at the lamp and some type of spring had broken free inside the glass of the lamp. I returned this one as well and will not be ordering another. Poor packaging and quality control. I wouldn't recommend this product and I will not be ordering from this seller again.

Queue the incense and other things hippies like, because this is one of them probably; I mean I wouldn't know because I hate hippies but if I didn't I'd probably love this lava lamp. In fact, I do love this lava lamp... In fact I do... *moment of reflective silence*The bubbles in the wax do go away with continued use.

I have always wanted a lava lamp, and now I have one. This items is not exactly as it is pictured. The one I ordered looks more blue in the pictures. The one I received has greenish/blue looking water. The wax is white but it is hard to tell with the harsh yellow light. I think the light is the issue when it comes to looks.It feels like it took an hour for this lamp to heat up. I thought I was getting the clumped wax at the bottom of the lamp issue others have written about. At one point the wax and spring POPPED up really fast after only having it plugged in for about 5 minutes. It was weird and scary after what I read in some reviews.The base and top feel pretty loose. I would not want this to sit out in the way of where it could accidentally be hit, cause it is all going to come apart very easily.

Bought for my son’s room and he loves it. It does take a little while to heat up and start working but that’s to be expected
