Does exactly what it's meant too.
Ideal for jogging with our little dog. Shock absorber works well too. Light but robust.

Excellent product
This product has made walking my little dog whilst pushing my baby in his stroller so much easier! It’s really strong and keeps him under control when he tries to pull away. Really pleased!

A great alternative to traditional leads, but be careful of the weight of your dog
We have a a multitude of different leads for our dog, from standard cheap things through to expensive (and reliable) Halti leads. We use them for different situations, from general walks to going jogging. This hands-free leash fits into the jogging category, for reasons I'll expand on. I'm a great fan of hands-free leads, and use them more often than not. All the ones I've previously had are solid, in that they aren't bungee leads like this one. I've found that when using a bungee lead for walking you have less control over the dog. If the dog makes a bolt for someone or something, you automatically grab the lead. On a rigid line the dog stops immediately. On a bungee line there's still flex in the lead for dog to continue on its trajectory for a little bit. That could be the difference of muddy paws on someone's nice white jacket. However, if you're out running with your dog I've found that the dog is more interested in where its running than bolting off so having the control of a rigid lead isn't so important. It's also nice for the dog to have a bit of flex so it's not always bouncing off the end of the line, as it were. This hands-free leash is therefore actually really very good. All of that said, I do have a big issue over the capacity of the leash. It's rated for dogs up to 15kg. We have a 12 month old Border Collie, and she weighs in at 14.5kg. She's a small Border Collie. She's also incredibly fast, and can accelerate quickly. In the short distance that a dog lead gives, she can be moving at quite some force. And because of that, I don't feel at all confident in the strength of both the lead and the metal rings/clips. Compared to my Halti lead they're quite a lot slimmer and don't give me confidence in their longevity. They've lasted so far on the walks/runs that I've taken, so I can't tell you that they've failed, but I'm not sure I want to find out the point that they do go.As such, I would a happily recommend this lead to you if you have a small dog, perhaps up to 12.5kg, and preferably one that isn't powerful or fast. I wouldn't recommend it for Collies, Springers/Cockers, Staffies etc.

A great sturdy lead, make sure you have the right dog.
This is a well made lead and the first of its type I’ve used, we have a 12 month old, very energetic Cocker Spaniel called Loki, with a less energetic owner, I like a walk, but boy, can our dog walk, the thought of a run with him (I do a bit of running) had crossed my mind, when I noticed the lead on offer, I thought, this presents an opportunity. In practise, this will not suit all dogs, for one not our Loki, when attached, and off for a jog, I first forgot, he runs a lot faster than me and pulled, when he sees anything with hair or fur, he’s off, which is not good when you’re travelling in a different direction. This lead is a bungee type lead, and has a fair amount of play, this is not good when the dog shoots off, as its still travelling when it suddenly stops, which can take you off you feet, thankfully our Loki isn’t a big dog, and I am a big, so far I have stayed on my feet. The principal of this is good, but you’ll need a dog who likes to run with you, and not race you and also you’ll what a dog that’s not distracted by other things.

Flexible but sturdy
This lead has been designed with smaller dogs in mind. I love that this lead for dogs comes with a bag attached. Easy to slip poop bags into (not used) and a mobile or some cash if needed. There is tension in the lead to make the dog not feel as pulled when you are jogging/walking. Has reflective bands/leads so can be used at night. I am going to use this when out photographing with dog to leave my hands free but be safe in the knowledge that my dog is securely with me at all times. A second dog lead can be clipped on if required. However it is a lot more expensive than other models on the market at £27.99.

Good idea, perfect for small dogs
I tried this with different sizes of dogs and for me that I am small I realised is better for a small dog.Anyway is for smalls dogs up to 15 kg. Is very elastic and nice to wear, is very good if you walk with your dog and you can have your hands free is a great idea, very practical.Looks very resistant to me, and well made, is safe for dogs and the little dog looks comfortable in there. Is no difficult to put the belt into your body and you can easily adapt to you, but you can use as a normal leash too.Is very light and has a useful pocket for keys or phone.I like it and I found practical.
