DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! I purchased two of the lower priced versions, and they were both bad. Thinking the higher priced one had to be better, I bought this one. I was wrong. It is basically the same as the cheaper ones, only a fancier case. The shock feature is intermittent and the fence feature does not work at all. Three different items from the same company and none worked properly. I hope Amazon stops selling people products that don't even come close to functioning as advertised. Also, I bought each item based on the reviews. When I went back to the earlier purchases and looked at the reviews, they had changed a LOT downward. It looks like all the initial reviews are probably from company employees. Don't buy based on the first 5 or 6 reviews even if it says verified purchaser.

I'm not sure if the one we got was defective or what, but the fence part didn't work at all, and the training "shock" was so weak on the highest setting I could comfortably hold it in my hand without any discomfort, though I could feel the light shock. This was after a full overnight charge.The concept is good, but this product just isn't.

Dangerous product because the shock system is erratic. Setting for boundaries when set for a certain area,say 16 feet. May shock at 16 feet one time and at 2 feet another time. Setting 2 training level, the shock rarely works at all therefore you keep turning it up to deliver and erratically delivers more than needed or not at all. Very dangerous and I'm glad I tried it on my wrist before subjecting my dog to this. Last of all the cheap plastic feels more like a toy. Beware.

I brought this for a gift for my son and his dog. And it does not work we kept it due to we wanted to try it in the spring to see if that would make a difference, but it did not. I wanted the dog to be able to run in the back yard and not be tied up all the time, It will not work we have tried and tried poor product I will not buy it or any other product made from this company.

The manual is awful. The instructions are written in English by someone who does not speak or understand English well enough to write instructions.***update***We were never able to get it to work and by the time we were ready to return it, it was too LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had the product for a couple weeks. Tried with the little prongs but didn’t seem big enough for my dog so we put the larger prongs on this week. Now I can’t get the remote to turn on. It’s charged for an entire day but still nothing. It just beeps and goes blank. Will be returning it.

One charger didn't work I bought 2 had to use one charger for both units then the collar would shock the dog when she was right by me and the unit was sitting on a shelf behind me. I would return it if I could - I bought 2 and hate them.

Product description claims that the radius of the wireless fence is adjustable, but if that is the case, I was unable to figure out how to do it.Instructions are poorly written and in broken English
