This is an excellent marmalade if, like me, you like a real citrussy, flavourful and not to sweet product. It has a generous amount of peel throughout which seems to be cut quite short so not too difficult to spread evenly on your toast. My favourite marmalade is actually a 3 fruit one from one of the major supermarkets which is actually less than half the price of this one, super tangy and zingy BUT sometimes the peel runs out less than halfway down the jar and they keep running out of stock for months on end! This 5 fruit is not quite as tasty but has an interesting combination of flavours and definitely comes a close second. I have tried multiple other brands of 3 fruit and they all seem to fail dismally with a lack of fruit, flavour and excessive sweetness. So pretty good all round - my only criticisms are it's a bit expensive, the jars are a rather small and a couple of times I have encountered an inedible mass of what seems to be the central stringy bits of the fruit - not pleasant and in one instance about 10% of the jar wasted!

Amazing taste

A definite must for any marmalade lover - but not suitable for Paddington bear - the taste of whisky is definitely there!

I have never been disappointed with these Hawkshead jams, preserves and chutneys/relishes. The flavours are nicely packed in with real fruit slivers and you can taste the mixtures. It's great when you get these preserves on sale, half-price, too. Lovely bonus for great quality product and flavour. Always have these in the fridge. The chutneys are delicious with cheese, salad etc. too. Taste buds tingling.

This is the best marmalade I have ever had and I've tried many. Its flavour is lovely and the jar is packed with fruit peel. I just wish the jar was larger. I am just about to order another .....
