I was very pleased to find Ghiradelli melting wafers for my candy making. They melt quickly and have a beauritul shine when solid. Ghiradelli melting wafers are similar to their regular chocolates and so taste much better than the brands sold in the craft stores. I wish I had found these years ago and I won't go back to the other brands.

Very tasty and easy to use melting chocolate. No a huge amount in each bag but very good and I feel worth the money. Would buy again!

They work well, are easy to use & taste absolutely delicious! I've used these to make chocolate strawberries, and candies in various molded shapes; you can't go wrong with these.

Super high quality tasting chocolate. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bags were a lot smaller than what I thought they would be. 1 bag was barely enough for me to cover a dozen large strawberries.

I am not a fan of white chocolate, but I used the Giardella white chocolate bits to dip cookies for my daughter’s baby shower. They were THE favorite on the cookie table! The white chocolate is perfect! It’s not too sweet and adds a lovely flavor to the cookies! I may have just become a fan of white chocolate! If it’s good white chocolate like this is! Highly recommend!

I wanted a reliable wafer for a new recipe and these did the trick. I chose a more affordable brand for the larger bulk of milk chocolate I needed for the recipe, but these were perfect to melt and use as decorations. The melt smoothly and make for an attractive and well flavored final product.
