The flavor was nice, but weak. Too much sugar, not enough vanilla. Still, what little was there, was exceptional in scent and taste. I'll probably use it to flavor coffee, but probably won't buy again - too expensive to use like a Torani syrup.

If you're a serious baker, this is a good product.

Very odd fake flavor.

Received the product in the time estimated. However, when I looked over the ingredients, it is not the same that I thought I was buying. As you can see from my picture, the first ingredient in sucrose. On line it says water, alcohol and bean. I did not want a sweet flavoring.

False advertising - claims to only contain four ingredients however when the product arrived the label said the first ingredient is sucrose. I have now wasted $25.00. Please update your description to be truthful about what you're selling.

Low quality vanilla paste that's a light brown when spread thin. Better pastes like Nielsen-Massey are much darker, have a much higher quality and content of vanilla, and are only slightly more expensive. Additionally, this paste is extremely sweet and also viscous, as it also has lots of sugar and gum thickener--again, much more than NM pastes. Overall this is not a good value, and even synthetic vanilla is more worthwhile, with a better vanilla flavor.

As a disclaimer, I have not cooked with this yet, but tasted a "pinch" on the end of a spoon. I was surprised at how sweet this was. I think I imagined an additive with a lot less sugar. I typically use pure mexican vanilla in my baking (white and brown) and am not accustomed to such a sugary base. The flavour, though mild, is very nice. Smooth flavour, crunchy texture with the beans. I think this will be nice in my christmas cookies.

This is an exceptional vanilla paste. As soon as you open the lid, you are immediately hit with the intoxicating aroma of high quality vanilla. While it may be slightly more expensive than vanilla extract, it is worth it. If you go to all the trouble of baking, using the highest quality ingredients ensures a better end result. Highly recommended!
