I have had varicose vanes in my legs now for quite a few years and from quite a young age and suffered from heavy feeling legs. Originally I used to take antistacks but after a little while they seemed to be discontinued so naturally I started looking for an alternative and this is where these came in. I have been using the Oxford vitality products for a while now and can honestly say that I have never suffered with the heavy leg issue in the sense, although my legs are actually really weighty and feel heavy from fatigue of over working them but that feeling is not to be confused with the somewhat artificial feeling created by vanes (there is a difference). If you suffer from the same issue as myself then give these a go by all means, even try the 1200 mg to start with but do understand you need to be patient you won't get results over night, these things like most take a while to kick in and the difference alters so slow and gentle that you won't just suddenly see an improvement it'll happen gradually over time so please bare that in mind. Any products like these and other natural ingredients take time to get in the system so whatever you start taking and when just remember to give things a chance and not abandon after 2 weeks, try a couple of months to be realistic and not set yourself up for failure and disappointment. Grape seed extract /Pycnogel has been proven to hinder iron absorbtion. I took these for 2 years and then my doctor diagnosed me with Anaemia - which is low red blood count, low oxygen, and low iron absorbtion.If you experience shortness of breath / palpitations or brain fog - please be careful taking these (especially at these high doses). These are great for your system, been taking for a year and have seen visible improvements, i feel better, sleep better, my nails look better as well and I have more energy. My eyes are not as dry as well. I would highly reccomend these over and over again as it really is a good price and they are high strength.

Hard to comment on the effects but love how small each capsule is! Love that they are not encased in gelatin, so you are getting the supplement without all the extra junk. Love!
