I absolutely love this wearable Sherpa blanket. First of all, it’s gorgeous — the unicorn print is adorable, the pink is cheerful, and the material is super soft and plush. It’s exactly the kind of thing that makes you feel safe, warm, and snuggled — like a pug in a rug (not a bug!). But it’s not just cute — it’s shockingly useful, especially for those of us who take overnight call. I bring it with me to the hospital when I’m on in-house call. Even though there are blankets available, they’re in another room, and I don’t always have the time or energy to track one down. Having my own soft, warm Sherpa makes a huge difference. One of my favorite features is the large front pocket. I put my cell phone and pager in there, so when I nap or rest, I can feel the vibration or hear the alert. Arm slots are a bit low on the blanket. Very warm, washed well, and is very comfortable.
