Great be band broke
My son loves this watch, he got it for Christmas and the band has already broken. App works fine and good for a beginner watch. Wish the band was better quality.

Decent
I like the watch just fine, I only use it for tracking steps, but have had issues with the band since I got it. The band holder broke within the first month or so, but I crocheted a piece that would hold the band and now the band itself is breaking in half....

great price great customer service
I am giving this a 5 star review based on price and customer service. I was looking for an inexpensive watch and decided on this one. I was very happy with the one I received in July 2022. When it was going on three weeks, I decided to charge it before going on a trip. But after the charge even though the step counter worked, the extra features of heart rate monitor blood pressure/oxygen monitor and sleep monitor stopped working. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new watch. I have now been using the new watch for a few months with no problems. The battery holds a charge for at least two weeks. I have never had it completely lose the charge - so I do not know for sure how long the charge actually last. I do not know how accurate the steps are towards actual miles. But you have to know this is an inexpensive watch. I just adjust my own goals. If I walk 7000 steps - then I just know that is my steps - and if I need a better work out, then I just walk more. The blood pressure is not as accurate as my blood pressure machine - but again I make a baseline and then go from there. The oxygen count reads the same as my pulse oximeter. Again the 5 stars is for the price and customer service. If you want a watch that is more accurate, guess you should pay for a more expensive watch. I am happy with my decision to buy this watch.

Easy to use.
This device has been easy to set-up. No hick-ups in that department. The battery life is very good. Only had to charge it once in the eight days that I have had it. The sleep function seems to be inacurate as I got a great nights sleep and it only registered 3 hours with only one of those hours being deep sleep.I walk everday and the arm device registers my steps, (accuracy is questionable) yet it will not sync them to my app. I hoped to keep track for weekly review, but it's not working.I also am having difficulty resetting the messages feature, it's stuck at 7. I do enjoy that it briefly displays my incoming message on the watch. That's a nice feature. All in all I think it was a good purchase. It's an inexpensive smart watch and fits my basic need to track my steps, though I would like to debug the app.I would recommend this smart watch to those that desire basic features in an inexpensive option.

Feature packed at a low price, but some drawbacks
Got the watch about a month ago and just had to recharge it 28 days later so not bad. Has lots of features including BP which actually is pretty close to accurate comparing to a real tester. Maybe a little low but OK. The app has it's drawbacks. There is no way I can find to set it up your actual step length. It always shows many more steps than I take. Also lack of instructions for the watch are a problem. The basics are fine but for instance there are different faces for time (and it will change by itself) but I have no idea nor can I figure out how to change to the face I want.

The device works great, but the bands break quick
The device works great, but the bands break quick and cannot find a replacement band so it’s like money thrown out the door.

I wouldn't recommend...
Second update: After a couple of months of satisfactory service with this second unit, I put it on charge but when I took it off charge a couple of hours later, there was no screen. And no communication with phone when sync attempted. I have not been able to reactivate it. I would not recommend.First update:Full disclosure: I originally purchased this product, but it didn't work. I returned the product and received a full refund, no questions asked. I was subsequently contacted by the company and offered a new device, at no charge, if I would review it again.New Review: It looks good, screen is easy to read, and the app looks professional, so not a bad start. Then it connected immediately to the phone and transferred data without a problem. There is no security code required to connect so anyone in the vicinity might be able to connect to the device, but if they wan't my daily steps and heart rate, they are welcome. My wife's Fitbit requires a code so is likely a bit more secure. The functions all work well, as far as I can tell. I can't vouch for the accuracy of BP, O2 SAT, etc but they likely establish trends if they measure with a consistent error. The sleep measurement seems a bit iffy because I laid in bed for 15 mins after waking yesterday and mulled over some things, and it added 15 mins to my sleep time for the night. The strap has to be remove on one side to charge and it's very awkward and stiff, but it charges in my printer USB port in less than a couple of hours.Overall it meaure footsteps and heartbeat well and has good battery life. The "exercise" function in the app is simply pulling distance data from the phone, which isn't so good as it does'nt document steps, strokes or what have you related to that exercise session, so if you need that info, look elsewhere. All said, for the price, for casual use, it's a very good value.Original review:It looks good, screen is easy to read, and the app looks professional - at least as far as connecting to bluetooth goes, because beyond that intial step, the device refused to sync with any of our phones. It thought it was the 24th of February regardless of what we did. It's gone back.Oh, it also took quite a bit of force to get the strap off to charge it. Felt like it was in imminent danger of breaking, but it's just the way it is. Should get easier with time and a bit of use, but I'll never know...

Bedingt nutzbar
Hallo.

Very inaccurate
Found this tracker to be very, very inaccurate. A trip to Costco (you most probably know how much walking is involved here) - said I did about 300 steps. Trip to the mall. Plenty of walking, managed to get just over 1000 steps. I compared to the two others I was with where we all checked our steps at the same time, walked, then compared again. Each of them logged 100 steps. Me? Apparently, I didn't go with them because I had zero steps.
