Amazing product. Installation was a breeze. Was able to sync with alexa and Google and is working great. Just a tip, rename them as lights (from switch) and map them to light group; this will make it easier for switching on and off all lights while leaveing the fan. Alexa is able to handle increase and decrease of fan speed. I just wish the steps of fan speeds was also configurable U can set routines for more fun. Please check the depth of the switch plate box as I had a small challenge as I had lot of wires and had to do quite a bit of adjustment to fit the plate. The screws that came along to fix the plate weren't the best quality, so I used my existing screws. Overall, extremely happy with the purchase and after some more time shall install in other parts of the house.

Working fine.Installed it today.Pairing easy. Smarteefi YouTube channel very helpful to configure the device. Can operate from a remote location. Fits well with modular board. Good quality. Good looking, manual override buttons, very easy to install ( i have done myself).No doubt a great automation device.App works seamlessly

The media could not be loaded. Works fine. We can switch off/ on from anywhere using mobile, which saves time & energy going up & down just to check whether the lights or fan switched off or not. Easy installation , hats off to customer care , who helped instantly at anytime with any queries .. Be careful when starting the installation after fixing the switchboard on its place. Follow the instruction as mentioned or ask the service guys via whatsapp. Only thing is Price can be reduced in future , I hope. Over all , I'm happy with the product..

while this product is awesome, easy to set up and use, it is limited in integration with your alexa due to wifi range.while most mobiles will pick up the wifi signal, this board does not . therefore, you need a mesh or a router with a strong signal to make use of its full potential. i have another smarteefi product and i absolutely love it.this is a great product. just need a very strong WIFI to use it effectively !

The media could not be loaded. Only tedious part about every smarteefi switch is configuration with alexa. There is one where I have been awaiting support for the last 3 months. I Have bought about 7 of their products all good but customer service sucks

Summary:- very good quality product, in terms of hardware.- software features targeted towards business users and home users are left out.- excellent aftersales customer support.- If you are a big company looking to optimize your power usage, go for it.- If you are a home user without the concern of privacy and security, go for it.- If you are a home user with privacy and security in mind, don't buy it.I'm giving 3/5 because the product is not targeted towards home users.(TL;DR)I was able to install the smart switchboard without any trouble, I was able to control the device seamlessly using mobile. So I thought, I had trouble controlling it from internet, but over LAN it works perfectly. After talking to the customer support, i found out following details about the company and its products line-up.- Market share for smart switchboard is currently industries, companies and some Govt departments.- Home users and individual users market share is too low. Hence majority of the features are not available.- Smarteefi doest have any plans (current and future) to include more useful features to home users.- API access is annual subscription based, and are not available for home users and individual users.Pro:- Good hardware- Sleek and good designs.- Efficient- firmware updated are automatic (never tested it, but customer support assured me)- works with Google Home and Alexa through Smarteefi account.Con:- Connects to smarteefi cloud, cant be configured to local server for home users.- No access to API for individuals and home users. (even if you are willing to pay)- No integration with IFTTT and other third-party, open-source IoT software.- No integration with Home Automation software.- No future plans to improve home users experience.Update after 4 months:- Initially the device failed to connect to internet (Flashing green led), It would work when I disabled the router firewall. An unsafe step. But for some unknown reason after a month or so, it started connecting to the internet (solid green led) even with the firewall enabled.- still no support for ifttt, and other open source home automation softwares.

Support from Smarteefi is too good. After installation of the unit, it worked for few days. Later it stopped worked. When I reported the same to Smarteefi, they were ready to support for this issue irrespective of warranty period. I sent the unit to Smarteefi office, they replaced the burnt component and sent back in few days. It is working well now without any issue. It works very well with Android Home application.
