I originally gave a 5 star review form this product , however, after only 3 months of use a 2 cm round hole has appeared in the bottom of the cup. The glass broke with very little use. I can obviously no longer use it . Such a shame that it is not built of stronger material.

Being a big fan of herb and spice infusions, thought this would be less fiddly than fill your own tea bags. It's great. The holes in the infuser are very fine, so even with the dustiest of teas, the sediment is minor. Easy to clean too. I've had so many comments and queries in the office - everyone wants one.

I bought this item to use for making casual cups of tea. It worked perfectly but it was too large for casual use. We have it hanging on a hook in the kitchen and expect it to be used when we have builders in the house.

I RECEIVED THIS WITH THE LID MISSING, NOT THE FIRST ONE TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM READING THE REVIEWS!! NOW I HAVE TO GO TO ALL THE TROUBLE OF SENDING THIS BACK TO GET A REFUND, SURELY A LID COULD BE SENT OF THE CUP REDUCED IN PRICE VERY DISAPPOINTED.....BUT ON THE OTHER HAND ITS A REALLY LOVELY MUG SHAME I CAN'T RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS...

This cup is perfect for my needs. Most of the time I just want a single cup of tea and in this regard I wish I had thought to buy a cup like this before I splashed out on my infusion tea pot, which will now be rarely used. The straight cylindrical design not only affords stability but also allows a good size infuser. It does not seem too fragile to me and produces excellent results. I love this cup.

Excellent Product which arrived quickly!! Perfect for a lovely cup of loose tea without the need to wash a separate teapot!!Love the idea of the lid and worked well!!Glass is sturdy and well made!

Good size and nice looks to them. However one of two cups came with a small fracture in the glass on arrival.. Sht happens I guess still worth 4 stars

brought for my mother who likes to use loose tea, this very good to use as the infuser does have very fine holes as many of todays loose tea seems very fine. very pleased with it

La tazza è molto bella. Il vetro tiene la bevanda al caldo, ma il manico non scotta. Il filtro è fantastico, non lascia passare nulla per cui la tisana rimane pulita da residui. Il silicone sul filtro si incastra nella tazza chiudendola bene. Avrei incastrato anche il tappo della tazza in vetro nel silicone, invece rimane libero con il pericolo di cadere. Il manico l'avrei fatto un poco più spesso. La consiglio comunque.

Ottimo prodotto, la tazza in vetro ha sempre un suo perché, trattiene il calore, ma il manico non scotta mai...il filtro è eccezionale non lascia passare quasi niente. Ordinata come regalo di Natale, no fatto un figurone.

Bellissima tazza di qualità eccellente.Il vetro regge perfettamente il calore senza problemi.Il filtro in acciaio è di altissima qualità con la guarnizione colorata in silicone .

La mia tazza preferita per bere il tè. Quattro stelle perché dopo mesi di utilizzo quotidiano ho notato che i chiodini che fanno parte del filtro si sono arrugginiti..

La tazza sembra molto bella e capiente. Peccato che il fondo è risultato troppo fragile. Si è formata una crepa dopo 4/5 giorni ed è inutilizzabile.

La tazza a prima vista sembra leggera e delicata ma svolge ottimamente il suo lavoro ed il filtro è di ottima qualità.

Il filtro è eccellente, la tazza resiste effettivamente al calore, anche se lo spessore del vetro richiede che sia maneggiata con una certa cura.

Au bout de la 3 éme infusion seulement , le fond de la tasse en verre (trés fine,trop fine d ailleurs) s est brisé suite au versement de l'eau ....Mon thé partout sur ma table et au sol...une horreur...pour le prix je ne vais pas m embêter à le retourner en plus avec les morceaux de verre partout...donc direction poubelle!Passez votre chemin!

Vetro perfettamente resistente al calore, ottimo il filtro che con la guarnizione superiore in silicone permette di aderire perfettamente al tappo ed evita che si disperdano anche i vapori. Non l'ho messo direttamente su fiamma ma amazon lo descrive come borosilicato e sulla tazza stessa esiste una incisione con tazza bollente. Le maglie del filtro sono veramente finissime.

es la segunda que compro. es perfecta para las infusiones. yo tomo bastantes y me parace que aguanta muy bien el calor y es muy comoda. el filtro esta muy bien. me encanta

Avevo letto ottime recensioni, motivo per cui ho acquistato questo prodotto, però sono rimasta delusa da ciò che è arrivato.Il vetro è molto sottile e sembra molto fragile, il tappo non è fissato alla tazza e scivola via con facilità, la chiusura in silicone è applicata decisamente male. Piuttosto che spendere 16 euro per un prodotto del genere, conviene prendere una solida tazza di ceramica e acquistare un filtro a parte (più o meno costo di 8 euro). Sicuramente è più duraturo di questo prodotto.Per fortuna ne ho comprata solo una..
