Yay, cotton grounding fabric! I have a rubbery grounding mat and faux leather grounding pillow case, which fabric causes my head to overheat. I don't want to sleep on rubber or faux leather. Now THIS product comes along and I'm very happy about it. This is a kid sized sheet but I figure I can still sleep on it like a mat on top of my normal sheet, and certainly use the pillow case, until I splurge on adult sized sheets. So far, one night in, all I can say is I slept very comfortably on soft, cool cotton. I actually slept through the whole night, I think. At least I certainly didn't stay awake for a couple hours like usual, if I did wake. But of course time will tell whether that was coincidental or this grounding stuff really works (since I don't use my non-cotton grounding products).

Lovely idea, get a good night's sleep, only problem is that it has no straps to hold it on the bed so it screws up a little bit in the night
