I recently discovered this amazing accessory workout recommended by Ben Patrick, the Knees-Over-Toes Guy, and I must say, it's been a game changer for me! Using the product to do "The Reverse Squat" at home has been a nice way of training my hip flexors, and it feels great on my hips and lower back. But that's not all - this product is also effective for strengthening hip flexors and alleviating lower back pain. The strap itself is of great quality and well made, which makes it a great addition to my travel bag or for home workouts even when the gym is not available. I've found that it's a great way to hit different muscle groups and get in some stretches as well. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to take their workout routine to the next level!

Great product. Works super well, especially if you’re shorter. I’m 6’3 and the only complaint I have are how short these bands are. If I’d use full range of motion with my tibs engaged, yikes. But my solution has been to not engage my tibs & to not care about the initial start of the range of motion, in that case these are a great value!

The strap isn't as rigid as envisioned

This is a great set for at home full body workouts. You can do a number of exercises with this product, I love it. You just need a solid door and you're good.

My son does track & field. He was told to get the band for at home strength training. He absolutely loves it and we are all seeing the difference in his running.

Place the stopper on the bottom of the other side of the door, shut the door and then add the resistance cable to the foot straps. Once you have them secure, lie down on your back and do a curl with your legs. Straighten your legs according to how much tension you want to keep. It's that simple. Comes with multiple resistance bands so you can get stronger. The hip flexor is a key muscle and more and more people are finally paying attention to it. This is an easy way to strengthen it. I was hoping to find a product to help with leg strengthening, and I stumbled upon these. Regarding what's in the box, everything seems to be of high quality. I liked that it came with a bag for everything, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the bag is quite small even with everything in it (like the size of a headphones carrying case).The one caveat I'd add is that you'll want to make sure your door is sturdy enough for these. I know most won't have any problems, but some doors can be rather flimsy and you might end up putting quite a bit of weight on them with these.Overall these are a good addition to your leg workout regimen, and as an added bonus help to keep the pressure off your knees that squats and lunges put on them.

I've been utilizing this strap for over 6 months now and is still holding up. Since including the reverse squat, I've had tremendous gains in my compound exercises.
