Nice product but they didn't do what I asked and paid for. Did what they wanted then told me to smash it up and sent a picture if I wanted a refund! Yeah then you would say I broke it. Rude customer support when they admitted they made it wrong, speaking to me as if it was my fault. Read the order correctly! Cost me £85 and they refunded me £2.99. Steer clear if you want customer support.

The product is made to a high quality and worked right out of the box as expected. Customer services were also able to quickly resolve a small issue.

Estoy encantada con mi nuevo neón. Tiene una calidad buenísima. Incluye Un regulador de intensidad para calibrar la luminiscencia. Pude elegir la tipografía para que mi nombre se viera a mi estilo. Estoy súper contenta y lo voy a utilizar para generar contenidos en TikTok

Ma fille est ravie, c'était un cadeau et il a fait son effet. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable ! La qualité me semble top ! J'ai prix la télécommande et je ne regrette, elle offre la possibilité de choisir lumière fixe ou clignotante, rapide ou lente ainsi que la graduation de la luminosité. Je suis plus que satisfaite de mon achat. ATTENTION cependant, j'ai du payer au transporteur des frais de douane (14€) ce qui n'est indiqué nul part lors de la commande. Heureusement avec l'offre de 20€ de réduction je rentre dans mes frais.
