I installed and had been using the lights for about a month and love them.The lights are beautiful, the quality of the product and crystals is really good for a fair price.The installation was OK but due to height you may need an electrician, I was able to install as I have the proper stair and experience. The length of the lights is preset but for very tall ceilings, I have to adjust mine which is what tool the longest. I would say it took me 2 hours for the adjusting/ installation.The illumination is great, much better than my older light, the LEDs are efficient and should last for a while. The advantage is that individual LEDs can be replaced VS other lights where you have to replace the whole thing, and I have seen if any issues the seller can send replacements.I really like that you can switch between yellow, neutral and white light and adjust brightness. I prefer using the app which was easy to install and pair than using another remote control.You may also use the switch to change between colors but note that to memorize the color you need to wait like 30 seconds before turning off, otherwise the color will change (most of the color changing lights operate like this).

I purchased the 12 light one and it looks beautiful in our 20ft ceiling entry. However, after having had it hanging for 3 months, the globes are falling off!!! Luckily, nobody was below. The glass globes are screwed in but the thread on the glass is very superficial and not deep enough to hold the weight of the glass (which is quite heavy). It's extremely dangerous and we are considering replacing it, not worth being hit by a solid glass ball in the head. This product should be retired, is not safe.

My wife wanted something that “popped” but nut ver expensive. This is perfect. Would highly recommend.

We bought 2 of these Lights, we love the overall product and it looks great except 2 of the led lights are not working and there is no easy way to fix them or replace them. Can you please send 2 replacement lights.

We bought this chandelier and are pleased. It was a long and slightly complicated set up process but worth the effort. When we set it up, there was two crystals that did not screw on, the sellers were accommodating and gave us replacements. We are very pleased with the chandelier and would recommend to purchase it if you are debating!

The media could not be loaded.  I have been looking everywhere for a black and crystal chandelier piece. I finally found it and it matches perfectly with my decor. I got the 16 piece set. Not only was it fairly priced, but it looks very high-end an elegant would highly recommend.❤️
