False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service

Title says "Suunto Eon Core Wrist Dive Computer with Transmitter & USB". No transmitter was included. Amazon says to contact the seller who is "Suunto US". Suunto US customer support says if I didn't order it from Suunto they can't help me. In that case, why is Suunto selling on Amazon. The next day Suunto emails me that this does not include the transmitter. This is false advertising at its best. I returned it and purchased the Eon Core w/transmitter at DiveCatalog for $675 vs $649 without. Suunto's product is fine but customer support is terrible. I would give them a ZERO if it was possible.

Suunto customer no support.

I like the computer, but had an issue with the transmitter POD. Good luck getting help from Suunto, there is no US customer support # to call. I tried getting through to the customer support via chat, be no one replied to my inquiry. I will be returning the computer.
