Hard to describe, but when I've been taking these, I feel like I have more energy at the gym, drive to go, and make more progress- I don't think they're entirely necessary for me in other testosterone boosting benefits in my life, but I do notice a bit of a boost at the gym. I had no idea how good the results would be when I started using this. It may sound unrealistic to say this product works on the first day - but it does. And if you don't notice it then you will in 3 days. I noticed it because I train till failure and this has me pushing for way more reps than I thought was possible. And the pump? I have been taking half the dosage for the past 6 months and this is the only thing I have added to my diet overall.Within the first 2 months I was able to see massive improvements in my strength gains, sleep quality and mental health.In the past month, I have experienced severe peripheral CNS pain and fatigue like I have never experienced before. I went to my doctors and they asked what supplements I have added in the past 6 months.
