This is an incredibly trustworthy company that my DOCTOR RECOMMENDED and I am so thrilled they have their own supplements now! I struggle with chronic insomnia so these don’t “knock me out” (which nothing natural will) but they do help to relax my mind and body. No questioning that. I recommend taking when you start your bedtime wind-down routine. Oh, there is ZERO GROGGINESS. It’s amazing. I’ve tried several other sleep aid supplements that contain valerian and passion flower and they make it hard for you to wake up the next day. These do not! This product worked well to help me relax and feel more of a calm state of mind prior to sleep. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I didn’t have any side effects from taking. I followed instructions on the packaging and found the effects to come on subtly and gently. It didn’t make me feel drowsy but rather more relaxed and ready to settle down for sleep.

I had been struggling with significant neck pain, as well as some leg cramps during the night until I began using this natural product from Sleep Foundation. I am very picky about taking only high-quality, natural supplements so was excited to try this Non-GMO, Gluten Free & Vegan herbal formula with additional bi-magnesium pairing to relax my body and mind for a truly restful sleep. I am happy to report that I saw quick results and no longer struggle with either neck pain or leg cramps while sleeping. I must note that the lack of neck pain is also due to a wonderful new pillow I discovered but I imagine that this magnesium and herbal supplement has also made a major difference in solving that problem entirely, and is also the only explanation for the lack of leg cramps. 4/5 stars as this product can help you relax prior to sleep. However, it didn't seem to help me stay asleep which is my main issue.

Nice packaging. Pills easy to swallow. Provides gentle calming assistance and makes an enjoyable supplement for Rest support. Would buy again. Recommend this product.

It is a good product because its natural. Just started with this and I like to try it more to be able to rate it. To soon to comment on.

Either I was super tired or these are amazing! I slept so peacefully for so long I didn’t stir until my cat woke me up, thankfully it was a Saturday otherwise I would’ve been late for work.

I don’t know if these work or not, but I’m alarmed there was no seal- just an open glass jar with a lid. Not very safe.
