This is a comfortable office chair at a great price. Assembly instructions are pretty simple and the hardware is well organized. You need to be extra careful when threading the bolts into the seat and arm handle rests because they may cross-thread if they are not perfectly aligned to the nuts. The materials used seem to be good quality and the manufacturer has done a good job stitching everything together. I weigh 180lbs and the chair easily supports my weight and the wheels roll with ease. The chair has lumbar support inside the mesh on the back of the chair, which adds a level of comfort that many chairs at this price point do not have. Only time will tell how long the chair lasts, but so far, I am happy with the purchase.

This chair works well for the price. It’s decently cushioned and reclines well. Doesn’t get hot or super cold. The arm rest being adjustable is great for when I want them out of the way to guitar in the chair. I noticed creaking and snapping noises when leaning back at first and one of the arm rest cushions got dented but the seller offered me a refund or new chair when I asked about these issues. Good customer service! The chair functions well as a bedroom work from home chair and the issues have either settled out or I’ve stopped noticing them. I’d recommend for the price of $150

I was very hesitant to buy a chair on-line and have no experience actually sitting in it. Why did I consider this chair? 48 5-star ratings and the only other ratings were not about quality. OK, so what is soooo good about this chair? Well to begin with, assembly instructions were offered in a video. Of course, there were the normal written instructions, but, seeing how to do it in a video made assembly very easy. Although I have to admit sometimes a third arm would have helped. Fast forward to the assembled chair. Is it well designed - yes. Is it comfortable - yes. Does the quality appear to be good - yes. I spend 6-8 hours a day in this chair. My normal back issues have not been a problem. Buy it again? You bet.I also need to complement Amazon on how they handled a product shipping problem. Delays happen. Just a part of life. But, good communication can make such a difference. My chair was delayed by several days, but, I did not become frustrated because I was in the communication loop. Knowing about a situation is much better than guessing about what is happening.

This is an exceptionally priced chair with all the perks and features of more expensive options. The chair has amazing lumbar support. The arm rests are padded and the head rest is wide and very comfortable. The back of the chair has supportive mesh - so you won't get too hot or sweaty in the chair. Padding is great -supportive and firm but really comfortable. I'm honestly very impressed with the chair given the price point. The chair is also sleek and looks great and fits into the aesthetic with my home office.

In just 6 months this chair has started falling apart. It was decent for the first few months, then after a few weeks started to creak quite a bit, the a wire snapped in the back lining and now the arm arm rest is hanging on for dear life. It's not awful for the price but if you want something that will last, I recommend looking elsewhere. Personally I haven't had any good experiences buying gaming chairs online.

I have had this chair for almost two months and it is so comfortable that falling asleep in it is not a problem. The chair is nicely ergonomically designed, was easy to assemble by myself and required only the tool that came with it. Not only is it excellent for working at the computer, but is a perfect seat for watching movies or videos on my big monitor. The tension adjustment for rocking a bit or just leaning back is truly a nice feature. After first checking the prices of office chairs at a local store where I live,none of them under $300, and none of them any better than this one, I ordered this chair through Amazon. What a bargain!

I never write reviews but I was so skeptical of this purchase I feel that I needed to say something once I ended up so pleasantly surprised.The chair was carefully packaged and the assembly took me about 30 mins but instructions were easy to follow. The components are actually quite sturdy and pieced together with nice heavy wide screws. And the kit comes with an easy to grip allen wrench, so no need to use any of your own tools. Just make sure you're using the right screws in the right places because a lot of them look alike. They are clearly labeled in the package so I strongly suggest leaving them in the packaging until you are ready to use each set of screws. Don't dump them all out in the floor or you may have trouble identifying them later.The chair is lighter than my last chair and not as plush, but I actually like that it's easier to move around and not so heavy. It is actually quite sturdy and gives great lumbar support. As with most chairs, you can adjust the height of the seat easily. The arm rests are not adjustable but you can swivel them up and out of the way if you don't need them. The chair also reclines and you can adjust the tension of the recline. Or you can lock the chair so it doesn't recline. I've never had a chair with a headrest and I really like it for when I lean back. I adjusted the height of the rest to where the ridge that sticks out at the top hits that magic spot at the top of the neck for when you need to relieve a little bit of that neck pressure periodically through the day.All in all, for the money, a great chair. Highly recommend. I'm glad my skepticism was unwarranted and now I'm hoping it lasts as long as my last chair!
