The media could not be loaded. it's same as shown in pics. and have good quality, the metal is heavy and feels solid quality. moreover it have extra hooks that i liked the most.

They are wasting money on them, INSTEAD of sharing it with the employees or research.the influencers have no credibility except their looks!The product talks for itself. Do you really feel buyers are actually influenced by these silly influencers ? NO !ONLY companies peddling sub standard products of low quality need INFLUENCERS.Today the buyers are smart and do their research well.

Product is lighter in weight then expected, installation is easy but the provided screws for mounting should have been 1 size up.

Cheap and light weight plastic
It is made up of cheap and light weight plastic, doesn't consist of steel. Moreover one of the rods are bent because of architectural design flaw. I asked customer service to replace it and the next one was also bent. It looks like all pieces are defective

Extremely lightweight build quality likely not to last too long
Looks good, but it is built using very flimsy aluminium and plastic parts to hold screws together, will likely start to come apart in 1 year. best to spend a bit more and go for one by Jaguar with better ABS Plastics and metal build.
