I purchased this record player for my son for Xmas. So far we have been very pleased with it. My son was nervous because it was small and compact, that he couldn’t play large records but that was not the case. He loves that it does not take up much space and that he can travel with it. It is very stylish and he loves the vintage look. Also the sound quality is amazing for something on the smaller side. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lightweight, not expensive and reliable way to play all of your records. I went on to buy a second one for my other son. They come in different colors which was nice. Pleased with both purchases.

I chose this record player for its price and allegedly straightforward recording process. Sound quality wasn't a huge concern of mine because my source materials weren't incredibly strong to begin with. The onboard speakers are definitely tolerable even if not amazing.I was also pleasantly surprised to see it really is that easy to record with (literally just insert an empty flash drive and hit "record," then stop at the end of the song).If I had to name a definite drawback, it's that the housing looks like some craft store discards joined together to become a record player and that makes me think it won't stand up to a lot of regular use.

It is compact, the sound quality is good for a small unit. The case appears not to be sturdy. The manual states, it is not recommended to place anything on top of the case when closed. The volume level at the highest setting is too low to hear the music well unless you are in a completely noise free environment, which is annoying if you are entertaining. It has a Jack to plug in an auxiliary speaker which then adds to the cost. If you happen to own a speaker which is compatible then the price is good. Hence my reason for a 2 star rating on value for the money.

was a birthday gift for my grandson and he loved it. my only disappointment was that it did not come with a spare needle but I'm not even sure if they could be replaced. I left it to him to figure out those things.

Ordered this because it sounded good for my purpose, and the price was good. The first one I received, the needle came down on the record and skipped all the way across the record. Made no difference where the balance was on the needle arm . Shipped it back for a replacement. The second one , the needle came down on record but still moved in , not starting in the beginning. The balance weight made no difference where it was moved to. I believe it was the little piece that supported the tone arm, it went down too slow, I wasn’t going to try for a third one.

Great product. Unfortunately the record player I received was defective. It wouldn’t even turn on. It happens. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent a replacement after trying to troubleshoot the issue. The new item works wonderfully. It’s not crazy loud but gets loud enough to enjoy the music. The headphone jack works also. It’s nice and compact which makes it easy to put away if you are low on space. It’s easy to use and I like the antique suitcase look.

I have a few albums and I still like the crackle from vinyl. I didn't want to invest a lot -- I'm not that serious so this was perfect. The sound is good on its own. I connected an external speaker and the sound was great. It's low profile so it doesn't take much space. I have a shelf with a few albums and the record player. I can just open and plug in when I want to listen.
