I used the product to keep my surgical sock in place for lengthy periods of time.

It cost a lot in relation to what you get but that's how it is for many products which are not mass appeal or bought by thousands, low turnover means higher prices. I was put off a bit by the seller making an error and telling me it had been delivered to my address in Scotland but I I live in the South Gloucestershire area! I got an apology and a new despatch date but that proved to be wrong - a day earlier than reality. This purchase was in fact for a friend of mine, an elderly person who is nervous of the Internet and shopping on it. My friend wears a wig due to losing hair for medical reasons. The report I got was "it does not stick the wig to the head but in conjunction with a wig cap worn under the wig it can if applied correctly make a friction area which in theory can slow down the movement of the wig and cap". I know it was not as effective as would have been expected, which was a huge disappointment but the expectations were fuelled by looking at a demonstration on You Tube of a similar well known product from the U.S.A. costing even more, plus postage and a slow delivery time. The advice I was given to pass on was to "ensure the head (scalp) or other area is very clean and free from body elements such as sweat or grease, before applying this adhesive" I suppose a rub over with a bit of surgical spirit may help, there's precious little advice on the container other than how to apply it. It may work for you, that's up to you to decide.

Excellent product for holding Ballet leotards in place, particularly along the shoulder line. It can be very sticky but washes off, quickly, with water.

I use under short running tights to prevent them from riding up and hence prevent chafing. Very effective and washes off in the shower very easily.

What a weird use I have for this glue it is used to stick silicone prosthetics to skin, it is an alternative to spirit gum,especially if people are allergic to them gum....an out of the box use, well worth the thought process.
