Use on its own and not with other products.
Really good appetite suppresant. if used on own it was fine. When used with colon cleanse got very bad stomach ache.

Waste of money
Really disappointed this is my second week using this product and have gained weight, I've changed my diet and exercising as normal, fake product trying to use as a good weight loss pill, doesn't work complete waste of money spent over £30.00 on this supply! Don't do it
