Works well
Comfy to wear, and supportive. Three heat settings though only used 1st level. Massage function nice but noisy. Power pack lasts well

One of my best purchases ever.
Have had this thing for 4 months now and no signs of wear and tear. The manufacturers include a BATTERY pack with it, that’s how it’s powered, meaning there’s no built in battery. Essentially meaning that this thing could go on for a long, long time as battery replacements are usually what does it for electronics. In terms of warmth, it gets pretty damn hot, comparable to a hot water bottle. However, it is only hot when pressed against you or an object (think electric blanket type thing), which isn’t really a downside given that it means power consumption and safety are optimal this way.Has 3 different modes of heat.Extremely helpful for my back or shoulder aches as someone who’s in the gym a lot. The Vibration/massage feature are a nice extra perk.Battery lasts a fair while, at least a couple hours. Charges quite quick. There’s also nothing stopping you from buying an extra portable battery pack (same one you use for your phone) to alternate with, essentially giving you constant relief. The battery pack is in a seperate pouch for safety reasons, which is a wise move. The belt and pouch itself is extremely durable, has a secure strap on. Pretty much the best you can get.Price was fair too. All in all no brainer at 5*.

Relief for back pain
The size is good for me as a size 10 woman but there is an extension piece if you are larger. The quality is good, likewise the heating element which has 3 settings. Charge last about a day for a few sessions which last 30 mins before cut out. However the vibration aspect , although very nice and effective, is very noisy from one side - I am not sure if mine is faulty or this is normal but the back left side makes a loud din/rattling noise unless you lean up against something like a chair back. It's a bit concerning therefore if it is safe. Perhaps the seller might contact me if it shouldn't do that?

works great, battery terrible
Im autistic and have EDS and chronic pain all up my back and down my pelvis. I also get terrible menstrual cramps. The fabric is quite soft and doesnt irritate the skin. it fits quite close to the body and isnt TOO bulky, can be discreet under slightly baggy clothes if desired. It can indeed be worn horizonal across the shoulders and back too, as well as front and back. The vibration is quite loud but actually does surprisingly help to reduce perceived pain. Now the battery is not really enough for someone like me who could use it all day long some days. i can squeeze in my 10k battery pack too. i will be investing in some smaller ones like the one supplied (5k).overall very happy with the product and i hope it will live a very long life with me.

Honest detailed review
Suffering with lower back pain for a while was reffered to physio. She said to sit with hot water bottles atleast 3 times a day. Which is not possible with my busy lifestyle so she said buy heat pad. I first bought a heated massager. Which is great but can't move around as it's plugged in main. Then I bought a belt with magnets which is supposed to self heat!! But it didn't. 3rd time lucky.. This product is great. Save time and money buy this first.Pros. It's a slim, good quality, padded, soft belt. Comes with a battery pack hidden in a zip compartment on the side of belt. You plug the slim battery pack it into the charger provided(or use your normal type c phone charger like I do) it takes around 2 hours to fully charge and shows little lights to show level which is handy. You can use this battery pack for other devices too. I'm a size 14 and don't need the extra belt provided.Cons. The belt auto shuts off after a certain amount of minutes. But annoying. You can probably only run it 3/4 times before it needs charging again. Wish it lasted longer but not too bad still. The on buttons light up when it's on so can't wear it under clothes discreetly as it shines through top. Depending on what you wear. The massage setting is very loud and strong. This feature makes the battery run out even soonerOver all it's great. And for £30ish not too bad. There are two buttons on the belt one for heat and one for massage. Press button for a while to turn on and press again for a while to turn off. Green light is low, blue light is medium and red light it high.. Doesn't mention this. If you unplug the battery pack when not in use it lasts longer than if you leave it plugged in. Enjoy

Positive review!
I don't usually leave reviews but after being nearly convinced not to buy over some negative reviews I thought I would!I recently had bulging disc pain in my back and this has been so comforting, yes the vibration is noisy and annoying to others but it works really well! The hottest setting gets as hot as a hot water bottle but without being irritating to have held in place. Love it!

An absolute life changer. Brilliant buy.
Sometime you buy something on the hoof regret it. NOT SO WITH THIS heated pad belt, it totally exceeded my expectations, being 70 and suffering pain in my lumber region to the point where I struggle to get out of a chair. Being housebound this has allowed me to do odd jobs that I couldn't before. As regards it functionality 30 minutes is enough to get me on my feet again. 2 or 3 sessions and the battery charges to full in 45mins. I've order 2 more batteries as my power banks don't fit, at £13 for from Amazon was silly not to. This is probably the best buy I've made for ages!
