This is a great set of chef utensils! It has a good apron that holds all of these utensils. They are made well and most are stamped stainless steel. This set would make a wonderful gift for the chef in your family! I would recommend this set.

I would have liked a better quality apron but overall very pleased with the purchase!!

It has some areas it can improve. The apron is a thinner fabric than I would like and the stitching on it is a little loose. The pockets to hold the items are all stitched at different spaces and not all the items fit properly. Also not all the items are the same hight and a few fall under or at the lip of the apron when wearing, this with some pockets smaller and tighter than they should be makes it a chore to get the tool in and out.The biggest critique I would make is the quality of the items. They are thin, stamped metal and the edges while not sharp are certainly not smooth. I grew up working in restaurants and am a partner in 2 and have owned a few others. You use the tools you need and a tool is a tool, a cheap one can work just as well as an expensive one. It's the ease of use and longevity that become the real defining features. These are ok for casual use or as a gift but I would like to see them a little more refined. Check out my photos to see them closer, hope this was helpful.
