This jacket is velco holding, how much weight will it support? Is it strong velcro?

It is very strong and will hold a lot of weight. I carry a Glock 19 and I find it comfortable.

I would say yes bc everything is adjustable with the velcro, but I do not know for sure bc mine is a compact 9 mm

I would say a large...they are super comfy and having a little extra space is better than not enough space! I love my jacket.
