All the way from the packaging the way they boxed it.. professional and the details.. attention detail. Of course to the products itself.. The ball heads one of the coolest simplest designs I've seen, when you tighten it up it's not going to move. I'm impressed.. you're not going to be disappointed. The n52 magnets. That's the strongest you can get. That's a a quality rating on rare earth magnets. The only issue you can have with this product isn't the product. It would be the customer's fault.. by not reading the instructions and following them. If you follow the instructions on how to attach to the dash he won't have a problem. My truck was in the hottest weather Its ever been in without a shade on the windshield and it stayed on the dash. Velcro.. their best adhesive derates (at half the temperature it was in I recommend leaving it on there for 12 hours before you put anything on it. Follow the instructions. Clean the dash wherever you're putting it thoroughly properly, let it dry. Try to be in a cool place as it cures after that it doesn't matter. That's high temperature tape.. once it's cured. That's how the that 3m double-sided tape works. Wait for it.. and you'll never have to worry about it coming off as long as you clean the dash properly and make sure it's dry completely dry I've used it for years and it's amazing but the product is more amazing.

I use this in my semi truck and it's a great phone mount. Easy to install and im telling you the magnet really holds your phone in place.

This product holds up well and feels strong enough that my phone feels safe attached to it. Very easy set up, directions included, worth buying. Love how small it is, it helped me put it in a place that would have been difficult to place had the product been bigger or bulkier.

I used this to mount to my BMW x3 dash and even though there's no flat portion (literally anywhere on this darn car!), the 3M grip on this stand is hanging on tightly - even in 100*F+ temperatures. The magnet is super strong, and worked with my iPhone 13 mini both with and without a case. The dial that tightens to 'lock' the position in place isn't as strong as the magnet, so there is a little bit of wiggle/adjustment but it doesn't bother me at all. EDIT: this keeps falling off my dash :( I don’t know if it’s because of the summer heat, but I’m hoping that I can ask the company for a new “sticker” and pray that it finally stays! Bumping off 1 star, because it’s perfect besides the 3M sticker not holding up (even with the prep step they provide)

I bought 2 of these, LOVE them!! Magnets are great on them!

I have a flat surface shown in the demonstration photos, followed the instructions to apply such as wiping the area with the included alcohol pad (it wasn't included), wiped the surface with the dust cloth afterward and then wiped the spot down with the adhesive primer pad. I put it down, held it down hard for 2 minutes, took my hand off, lightly tapped the base to see if it held and it fell over and down on my floor mat. I tried again with more pressure, wouldn't hold. Ripped the adhesive pad off the first one and tried again with the replacement. Same results. The thing doesn't even stick to the flat plastic on my radio area either. What a waste of money. None of these things work as advertised and I'm done trying with them.

I bought this for when I rent cars for traveling. Doesn’t fit all vents.

I bought this for my car because I got tired of not having anywhere to put my phone when I needed to have maps open. The magnet is really strong, and my phone sticks immediately and it takes some strength to pull off. I personally use the one that goes on the dashboard instead of the one that goes in the air vent. I really like this product and would recommend for anyone that is looking for a good phone mount.
