I was really looking forward to receiving this. The size was great for my purse and I figured I could keep it charged all the time for emergency power. However, when connected to phone, it keeps turning off after 10 or 15 seconds. Then I have to push the button again and it will stay on for another 10 or 15 seconds, and the cycle continues over and over and over. I will be returning this. I’m so disappointed.

Pros:Small, compact, discreet but still massive on a set of keysCons:- It only charged my phone to 17% before losing all battery power.- I had to turn the on button on every 15-20 seconds to keep it charging- The USB cord attached to the device is how you charge it so you always have to charge it using an extension cord unless you just let it hang from the wall and mess up your outlets

Bought in March, died in June. Not worth the money.

Received this as a Christmas gift from my brother, so it won’t show a verified purchase. Either this product is faulty, or terribly inaccurate in its description! I’m just now using it for the first time since I received it 8 months ago, and found that it only charges for 15 seconds before shutting off…not even enough time to increase the charge by 1%, so it’s basically useless. Sure, you can turn it back on every 15 seconds, & it might charge some more (I’ve done that once), but who wants to do that& besides, even after I restarted it 15 times, it still hasn’t increased the charge as much as 1%.This product is either a scam, or a lemon...., but considering it’s cus ratings, looks more like a scam. Plus, I’m sure because it was purchased over 8 months ago, that it’s out of warranty &!my brother was screwed out of his $,& I’m screwed out of a gift:(
