Yes, it comes with everything pictured/listed. But my 11 year old son was not impressed, my 21 year old son was also not impressed, and it has sat in its box in the garage untouched since the week it arrived. I can't say whether its poor function is due to the product or users in our case. But at this price point, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
