We've had other countertop oven/air fryers and used them daily. This Ninja double oven is by far the best. Having two ovens in one is remarkably efficient and makes meal production faster and easier. You can do steak in one, fries in the other, or a meal for adults in one, and different items for the kids in the other, or an entree in one and a dessert in the other. This appliance is well built, well thought out, and the learning curve on the controls is short.... but it's there, especially regarding use of the thermometer. The internal food temperature thermometer is a big plus when you correctly use it. We are thrilled with this double oven and have fun using it every day. Only downsides are it's a bit noisy (a minor issue), a bit larger than traditional toaster ovens, and the large sheet pans and air fryer basket are supposed to be washed by hand, so cleanup is a bit of a chore. All in all, however, we would buy this again in a minute!

I absolutely love this toaster oven/air fryer! It does so many things! They give you a recipe/idea’s book which is very helpful. It cooks very well regardless whether you’re using the top or bottom. It preheats quickly, although I rarely preheat. With only a two person house this cooks the perfect amount of food without having to heat up a big oven! Which is important in Arizona!

The size is very good. Having 2 ovens in-one is a plus. Air-fry works great.Have been using it for several months now and found that toasting takes longer than it did in the first few weeks. Very noticeable difference.Two negatives:1. There is a cooling fan that runs after the oven stops (for ALL functions). It runs insanely long and does not seem to serve any purpose. Nor is it detecting the temp. Tested this by unplugging and plugging back in. The fan did not kick back on, so it must be on a fixed timer. All products have a "mean time before failure (MTBF)". My theory is the cooling fan will wear out far sooner than it should and might render the oven useless. So I've put the oven on a short power strip to cut power and stop the fan from running. No toaster oven (or toaster) I've ever had over many decades has every had a post-op cooling fan.2. The lower oven does not have a broiler element. You can only broil in the top oven. Not terrible, but did not expect that.It does otherwise operate very well. The outside skin stays remarkable cool when cooking. There is a "slight" bleed-thru of heat from the lower to the upper oven, but doubt it's enough to have any real effect on top-baking time/temp.

Our older one level Ninja Oven Air Fryer was having electrical problems- so we ordered this 2 level Ninja Oven- and I am pleased that we did. I love that I can air fry on the bottom level- and bake- at the same time on the upper level. This allows for more food choices, which can cooked at varying times and modes. The timing and temperatures are accurate- cooking our foods at optimal conditions. The oven is tall- yet leaves a small footprint on our kitchen counter. It's easy to clean and maintain. Would highly recommend.

Amazing product!. After compare several air fryers in the market! This one is the best I found. Good Price, good quality, it looks really well!. And you have several function that you can’t find in others models or brand!. Is big, and it comes with an integrated thermostat which let you rest with no doubt that your food is getting cooked at the perfect point!.

This oven/toaster/air fryer works really well. The toast turns out perfectly crispy and it works much faster than my old toaster oven. Croissants are evenly brown and perfect texture. I've only used the air fryer to heat packaged things according to their directions and they turn out thoroughly heated and a nice crispy finish. The controls are very easy to use, and it remembers the last settings for each category. For example, I set toast to darkness of 3 and slices to 1 and as long as I'm doing the same amount, I just hit start. Likewise it remembers (different) settings for bagels, for reheat, etc. I rarely write reviews, but this product is so good I made an exception. I'll consider other products from this brand in the future.
