An Enlightening Read!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Thank you Tom, for your honesty. Your book opened my eyes to the life of child actors and the potential pitfalls of your profession.

Wand-erful
"Not all those who wand-er are lost." Admittedly, these words of wisdom originate from another famous wizard however "Beyond the Wand" provides magical insightfulness to both wizards and muggles alike. This heartfelt read shows that Tom Felton really is another "Boy Who Lived" and boy does he have the scars to show it, just not a lightening shaped one. His words are magic in their purest form. Raw, powerful and moving.

Enjoyable
As a fan of Harry Potter I found it interesting to learn the back story of one of the characters. It was nice to see how humble Tom is and how he took great wisdom from so.e of the well known actors to help with his career. Made for an enjoyable and interesting read.

Surprisingly excellent read
Very well written, with some laugh out loud moments, Tom's account gallops through his life so far. Some memorable glimpses of his Harry Potter days, alongside darker days, is shared with us all. I read it in one sitting - an excellent read. Thank you, Tom

A Good Read
I will admit, I'm not a Harry Potter fan, but this is a very easy read. Tom seems a likeable chap. He will be the first to admit he did stray by the wayside, but is now doing well. He seemed in awe of the great actors he worked with on Harry Potter. Plenty of photos, of his family, and shots from the filming of Harry Potter.

Really readable and interesting
Tom Felton, who of course played Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter film series, delivers this autobiography covering his life from fishing child to LA megastar. It’s incredibly readable. I devoured it in a day, and it’s far from my usual choice of reading material as I’m not generally a non-fiction person. It certainly helps that I have a decent amount of familiarity with the HP film series, against which backdrop a lot of the book is set. Felton tells us how he became part of the world, and talks a lot about his relationships with other members of the cast and crew. And then rather abruptly his life takes a turn, and I think we come to the chapters at the end of the book which reveal some of his motivation for writing. It’s very open, very self-aware, and very stark.I hope that Felton’s got what he needed from the process of putting this book together, and I hope that one day in the distant future we might get a second volume, containing all his successes in life from here on.

Considered and charming.
I really enjoyed this book - so much so I read it all in only a couple of days. The anecdotes were really good fun but at the same time poignant and well thought out, it all comes together to give a real insight into Tom’s world and his experiences. There wasn’t tonnes of new information for dye hard Potter fans but more of a sense of the day to day and how it felt to be on set, in the Wizarding World.
