I have used Velcro brand tapes for other projects in the past, but needed something heavy duty this time, so decided to order heavy duty ones can I say they do exactly what it says on the box just make sure you follow the instructions and they will hold for good.Highly recommend this product for for holding heavier items without having to drill holes.

I bought the wrong size. This is very wide. So if you are using it to hang a canvas painting you have to cut it down the middle. No big deal. However if you need to hang something very heavy this is what you need. It's superb, best adhesion possible. Will hold alot of weight. I put a painting up and realised it was not straight. I literally had to take the wallpaper off below it to get it off my wall. It wouldn't budge!!!!! I painted over the mess, but if you do it right. This confirms that whatever you want to hang...it will definitely stay put!!! It's not moving!!!!! So check the measurements, make sure your item is straight, do all that and this is going to make the job so easy and reliable!!!! Velcro brand is much cheaper than Command strips but imo it's better. Avoid the Chinese no branded velcro on here. All my paintings have fell down using that stuff. Velcro brand is the way to go for sure!!!.

It's great and definitely hold well - although piece of advice - careful when trying to pull something off the wall, because I attached an extension lead to the wall and wanted to reposition it a little bit and erm.... It came off with the plaster hahaha! So the velcro bit is very strong and the sticky side really stick as well. Great product, worth it's price.

This is the proper stuff.Used it for many things like led strip lights to uplight behind a unit.And also an led unit under a cupboard.good adhesive used on the straps and good old velcro teeth holding together.

Very handy. Have used in a bathroom, was initially concerned about the damp environment effecting the stick, but so far so good!

Needed to stick bubble wrap on the inside of my greenhouse. Does the job nicely.

The Velcro adhesion is top drawer. I can imagine it holding quite heavy items. I used it to stop my sofa seat cushions shuffling forward and it works to a point. It might be that my sofa cushions and base aren’t particularly good at adhering to the Velcro backing although I doubt it. When I go to lift the cushion the Velcro doesn’t detach but the sticky backing does. So, overall it’s good but not if the thing you’re sticking to is not very adhesive. I’d imagine this would work better stuck to a flat surface like laminate, plastic or a painted surface. For fabric not so good.

Nothing to dislike. Bought to repair a cushion on a sofa and it worked for me.
