Better than I thought it was going to be. My sons 2 and got this for Xmas. It was on offer when I bought it, even better. Great little learning toy. Ordered 4pm yesterday and came 8am next day. Thank you 😊

Bought for grandson, loved it. Robust pieces, good value

This is a beautiful, colourful, sturdy, weighty, well made thing with no sharp edges. However, while I was looking away and changing my youngest my eldest (2, nearly 3 at the time) picked up the spine of it and used it like a hammer to try to smash me over the head. It very quickly got confiscated and has not seen the light of day since.Admittedly my eldest is going in for an autism assessment soon so not a steroetypically happy go lucky child BUT what would have happened if he did that to his baby brother? Not good.

My toddler loves this puzzle, especially twisting and moving all the cogs once they are all connected. You can colour match the cogs to its peg, but they also work on all the other pegs.

Great value for money. A super toy for teaching numbers and colours.

I'm really impressed with the quality of this toy, it's really well made, safe and extremely sturdy, it can certainly survive a knock or two and not show any real damage. The finish is top notch! and safe for little hands!Our 20 month old absolutely loves playing with this, it has really helped him learn hand-eye coordination to put the pieces of the caterpillar together and he calls out the colours as he picks up each piece. It's currently one of his favourite toys, he is now practicing the putting the numbers in correct order.Definitely recommend Melissa & Doug wooden toys. Excellent value for money!

Very cute and a great addition but swell if they get wet which means no longer any good
