Worth the Wait (St. James Book 1)

This romantic novel reads more like teen fiction than an adult story. It was so soppy it was hard to read in parts. I like this author but this wasn't her best, it lacked depth. I'll say no more, as I don't like negativity, it's a good story for a light read when you are under the weather.

Wow this was a beautiful story of loss, betrayal and love , set around a young couple how friends tested there strenght and the love for once thought and wether they could stand the test of time .This is the first book I've read by this author and i can't wait to read more book inn the series

There seems to be a trend in novels to have the heroine throw a tantrum when the hero shows no interest in her - even in cases such as this where he has expressly said he has no interest. I find it childish behaviour and difficult to root for the couple.

Jamie Beck is one of the most fluent writers I've had the pleasure of reading. This book is a truly sensitive love story told with great passion and deep understanding of fraught situations. It is a most enjoyable read and every bit as good as her first book In The Cards. Can't wait for delivery of her next books. DON'T PUT IT ON THE SHELF KEEP IT NEXT TO YOU.

I loved this book, never read any Jamie Beck novels before, but guess what, just downloading book 2! Twists, turns and frustrations and not just the book, mine as well, wondering will they, won’t they. Happy ending, worth the wait. Looking forward to book 2 now.... thanks Jamie, keep writing.

Fun to read even though the outcome was obvious.Great one to be able to put down and pick up without losing the plot!

Loved this story it made my heart melt.Liked all the people in it.And location cannot wait to read more from this author.
