I have FTTP (fibre) broadband at home with up/down speeds of 950Mbps. However, no matter what settings I changed on the router, or how I positioned the antennae, the wifi speed at some points in the house struggled to get over 80Mbps. I put this down to the router having just 2 small antennae which cannot be swapped for larger ones as you can on most other routers.Replacing the Draytek with an Asus RT-AX88U Pro, I got 650Mbps at the same spot where the Draytek only managed 80Mps !I've returned the Draytek 2135AX and kept the Asus.

Would 100% recommend this solution for your home or small office. Very sleek design with an unmatched performance. As always, a ton of features and great speeds available.

I purchased the 2135ax recently and looks very different to the normal look and feel of DrayTek router which we use in the office. I bought this for the home and I use it for streaming and gaming. Very impressed with the speed of the wireless. Being a DrayTek it’s packed full of features to manage and control usage and bandwidth effectively. Next step is to buy a 4g dongle so if my Broadband goes down I’ve got a backup.
