Well they seem to work for me!
When I first came across this 'supplement' I was a bit curious as it was something I'd not heard of. However, after reading the description it turns out that it is in effect an option that is equivalent to the well known 'supplement' Ginseng. This is no bad thing as Ginseng offers a whole host of benefits if taken regularly yet, does little harm and is not addictive. So, I decided to give it a shot and see if it lives up to its claims. For a normal adult you are expected to take a single capsule a day which I tend to do at breakfast time along with any other daily meds I may have for various ailments. This offered no issue to me, I have to say when you open the bottle the contents do have a distinct smell, this is not nasty or off-putting just a bit of a surprise as it is quite pungent. However, when you pop the capsule in your mouth and wash it down with a drop of water or coffee there is little or no taste to it.Having now been taking this supplement for a few weeks I have to say I do seem to be feeling some positive benefits. I am definitely more lively and seem to be more 'awake' and have more energy. Of course this is all subjective and some people would say it could be a placebo effect, which of course it could be. But, I don't think so, there definitely seems to be some health benefits to the product and I will quite happily keep taking this for the 90 days you have capsules for and then decide if I want to get more to continue. At this stage I would say the odds of that are pretty good as even though winter has arrived I still feel invigorated. You will of course have to make up your own mind, but if you feel a bit out of salts it may be worth a shot, it seems to work for me...

Not good if you are sensitive to adaptogens
This gave me very uncomfortable pressure in my head which developed into headaches later in the day. I tried taking it separately from other adaptogens and had the same result. I tried taking it with magnesium to mitigate the pressure which was likely caused by extra blood flow to the brain and again, third attempt I just got an awful headache. I only took 1 capsule each time. In conclusion it is likely that this supplement is incompatible with my biology - I am a small female and do have hypersensitive responses to an inordinate amount of supplements so this is likely unique to me. Just be aware if you are also sensitive that this can occur, This was an expensive lesson. Will not be repurchasing.

Natural Energy Boost in a Capsule!
I’d heard a lot about maca root and its supposed benefits, so I decided to give these capsules a try. Let me tell you—they’ve been a fantastic addition to my daily routine! These capsules are organic and contain a blend of yellow, red, and black maca, which is ideal for getting the full range of benefits this superfood offers. After about a week, I started noticing a genuine improvement in my energy levels. As a dad to a little one, having that extra bit of stamina throughout the day has been a lifesaver. I feel more focused too, especially during the afternoon slump when I’d usually be reaching for a coffee. These capsules provide a steady, natural energy boost without any jittery side effects.Another thing I appreciate is that they’re easy to take, with no strong taste like some other supplements. It’s a quick addition to my morning, and they’ve become a daily staple. Also, with 90 capsules in the bottle, it lasts a good while, so you’re not constantly reordering. If you’re looking to support your energy, focus, or just give your body a bit of a boost, I’d definitely recommend giving these a go!Pros:Organic blend of yellow, red, and black maca for comprehensive benefitsNoticeable boost in energy and focusEasy to take with no aftertasteNo jittery side effectsCons:Takes a week or so to feel the effects (but worth the wait!)

It's ok
I expected better from this. I don't feel it's helping much at all. It's only 500mg per capsule too. You need to have at least 2,000mg to feel a difference, so 90 may seem like a lot, but you need to have like 4 a day to notice a difference. One of the biggest turn offs of this product is the smell, oh my god, it is horrific. After you have it too, you can still smell it in your mouth, not good.

Delivered sealed and well dated
IMPORTANT NOTE: My review is purely my own experience and not medical advice. Many trusted organisations advise not to take Maca extract products long term and you should seek professional medical advice from your doctor before taking any supplements, especially if you are taking medications for any other condition or are pregnant. All medications and supplements are subject to any number of unwanted effects so you should take personal responsibility to ensure the benefits outweigh potential risks. The bottles are sealed with a tamper-proof shrink-wrap so you can be sure the product is in the same unmodified state as it left the manufacturing facilities. The capsules contain black, red and yellow Maca. Researching the individual ingredients using trusted sources will give you an indication of the many potential benefits of the contents. I say potential because, like any other herbal supplements, there is limited data for the claims mainly due to the lack of financial incentive for pharmaceutical research into herbal remedies. The capsules themselves are Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) which is a soluble semisynthetic polymer (gelatine-free) so should meet most peoples dietary preferences, but this is not a natural substance so you may want to check into this compound for your own preferences (the Codex Alimentarius entry is E464 for your information).
