Just the job for USA travel.
The cost of using our uk EE phones in USA was prohibitive so I bought this 30 day sim with its unlimited phone calls data and txts. We would be in the USA for 3 weeks so the 30 day usage was fine.I set the activation date as the day before arrival by ship to New York. I put the sim in my iPhone 11 and It activated as we docked and worked immediately with a good phone and data signal. It was very useful to have a local (USA) number for local calls and texts and data. One minor issue is that the phone numbers are reallocated and I kept receiving txts and calls for someone called Monica. I explained that the number was now mine and the callers seemed happy.WiFi is freely available in hotels, parks shops etc but this was so useful when walking and driving as we could tether our iPhones and iPads to it and use Google maps for navigating. Would buy again.

Worked Well!
Bought this SIM whilst travelling in the US, worked extremely well on all platforms, data, voice and text. Connecting was a breeze, and a good stong 5G signal when available. I recommend!

Incompatible with Chinese phones and Samsung
SIM CARD IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH CHINESE PHONES AND SAMSUNGI bought this SIM card for a trip to Canada and checked my phone compatibility on the T-Mobile website, as the Amazon page suggests. This confirmed my phone was compatible so I was optimistic. On arrival, the mobile data wouldn't connect and when I contacted their support team I was told the SIM card is actually incompatible with all Chinese phones and Samsung and so I couldn't access data.I would not recommend buying this but if you do, please call their staff first to see if your phone is compatible!I went to a phone shop in the city I visited to buy a prepaid SIM card and got a card with 10x the data for half the price.Unless you are landing in a city which has exactly zero phone shops, please just go to one of those instead of buying this.

Would buy again...
SIM was shipped super fast to UK and i already activated it a day earlier, just in case, as I needed it to work asap after my arrival in the US. Was easy to do online. I have a dual SIM Asus Zenfone 8 and my usual SIM is blocked for roaming so I wasn't too concerned about getting the settings right but the phone asked me about which sim should be the default for calls, messages and internet right away. It took a bit for the SIM to start working but less than 30 min after switching the phone on I would guess. It started working shortly after I had connected to the airport WiFi so it actually might have downloaded some apn settings or something) But once it worked everything was perfect and I would definitely buy again. :)

Worked perfectly
Bought this for a trip around Colorado and Utah. It arrived quickly, it activated when I requested (simple process), and it worked perfectly. Having phone maps was a major boon as the satnav in the car was awful.

Allowed calls and text but poor internet
Written 26/5/24 - I got the T-Mobile Prepaid SIM Card and set it up a week before travelling to Austin, Texas through Chicago and installed it as a second sim card in my phone. The set up was easy enough online. When I arrived at Texas I enabled my calls, texts and data to to come through the T-Mobile Prepaid SIM Card. During my trip it was possible to make calls and send texts or use whatsapp for text messages but the internet didn't perform well enough to allow images to be sent (32Kb size) or the internet browser to be used to arrange things. I had to stick to the Airbnb wifi for that.

Easy to use and great customer service
It is a great product for someone who lives abroad but comes to the USA a couple of times a year. The only issue is timing activation with travel dates. Even after asking customer service beforehand, it was not clear to me when to activate to get the most use out of a six day card. I will be left one day short as a result.

Worked as Advertised
Bought a 30-day Sim for use on a 2-week trip to Canada (Vancouver/Whistler). Activated a couple of days before travel and received an email with the USA phone number. Installed the Sim on the flight over as per the instructions (installing in the Sim 1 slot of a dual-Sim phone). On arrival the Sim worked immediately with a good phone and data signal. It was very useful to have a local (US) number for local calls and texts. The Sim did lose the data signal a couple of times over the next 2 weeks, however a reboot of the phone restored this straight away. This is a good solution if you require a physical Sim or a US phone number. The phone we were using did not support the use of an eSim. If your phone supports an eSim, there are other solutions (eg Surfroam or Airalo) which may do the same job cheaper.

Worked perfectly
I used this with Iphone 14Pro. No problems, easy to install and even though I spent most of my time in very sparsely populated areas, connection was (almost - 99%) available.

Worked like a charm, but...
Activation went well and card worked fine during our trip through West USA. Note that although coverage in towns and cities is usually fine, there are many areas without coverage. Same issue was with T-Mobile (this card) and AT&T (other card we used) though.

It works... but T mobile cell coverage is lacking out of urban areas
It was an easy install and activation. My main issue, is the service provider T Mobile. Coverage in small town / rural areas is not as good as for example my friend who had AT&T as a provider. Struggle many times with 2, 3 bars of signal and very low data throughput. In urban areas, it was working fine.
