Very good tool for the DIY. It breaks concrete no problem. Not too heavy. Works on regular 110-120v AC power. Used it to break out old fence post concrete and to dig the holes in limestone rock.

A good tool for light to medium duty works. I used it to demolish the old concrete slabs (up to 8" thick), scrape cement off the walls. Yes, it requires some extra care with oiling (I was lucky maybe, but no oil leaked if using and storing in proper position). It might be more responsive. It might have somewhat more vibration protection. But the functionality for the price is simply unbeatable.

Don't be swayed by the "oil leak" reviews, they aren't accurate. The tool consumes oil as a regular operational function. Each oil fill lasts about 25 hours of use. If the tool is using excessive oil, the included operation manual tells you exactly what to do and is a simple adjustment. The tool also comes pre-filled with oil. The slightly older model did not come pre-filled with oil. Like every heavy package that ships from china, the box can sometimes be pretty beat up, mine looked a bit tired but nothing was damaged or missing, thankfully. Functionally the tool worked as expected and for $90 (got it on special) no complaints. I'm glad I got that stupid rotten fence post/concrete removed and replaced.

For the money... it's a must have for anyone with a yard. Chopped thru 5in Asphalt like butter. Cut and broke up a 10x10 section and cut thru the roots like nothing. Saved couple thousand on the repair..... seriously a fantastic value. And if you use it like the videos... easier than could imagine. I have back issues and the next day didn't even feel it. Just heavy enough to do the job... yet light enough for an old guy with a bad back to use with ease.

I bought this (the two tool version) to break up the deck around a pool. It has been really fantastic. I'm about 60% finished and so far so good. After about 20 hours of use I added oil per the instructions and that process was really easy. The oil was sold at my local home improvement store for five bucks. The main advantage to buying this hammer is that I didn't have to rent a jackhammer and be tempted to do the whole project in only a few days. You're really not supposed to use a jackhammer for an extended period of time to protect the nerves in your hand and I don't think I could have done this more quickly without injuring my hands (I'm about 50 years old). So owning one, I can do 20 to 40 minutes at night when I get home from work. Slow and steady wins the race. The concrete I'm breaking up is 6-8" thick with wire reinforcement. Once I got the hang of it, I am pretty productive. I only wish that the handle were a little wider to accommodate two handed side-by-side use at the top. My hands are pretty wide. I bought some of those vibration dampening gloves and they are pretty helpful too. Be sure to use eye protection as it kicks back in your face on occasion. The electrical part has been easy - my standard outdoor plug has been fine without tripping any breakers. Anyway, I haven't seen a downside so far to having bought this. If you had told me five years ago that I would own a jackhammer, I would have been really confused by that suggestion hah.

This thing was ready to go right out of the box. Took it to a set of torsion keys on my truck id been pounding at for 3 days unsuccessfully- even tried to chisel them out with an air chisel to no avail. Literally 10 seconds of pressure with this sent them flying, I couldn't believe it. Worth every penny. Took a star off because the accessories are a joke - the "safety goggles" were so soft the thin plastic lense fell out and bent, not that it would have protected anything anyway. The oil was empty, and the bottle was too. If you can get past that then its perfect

Je viens de recevoir ce marteau piqueur, et j'avoue que j'avais un gros doute quand on sait que pour un tel appareil il faut compter un prix multiplié par dix Sans avoir encore pu le tester sur un vrai chantier, le matériel semble costaud Alors oui, les lunettes de protection, les gants, et le masque à poussière sont directement passé à la poubelle tellement ils étaient de mauvaise qualité... et la boite est un peu cassée (mais fonctionnelle comparé à celles d'autres commentaires) mais pour le prix je ne vais certainement pas râler :)

Ich musste auf meiner Baustelle einen Beton estrich rausklopfen und hatte mir hierfür zu erst eine Hilti und dann einen Boschstämmhammer geliehen. Die Preise hierfür liegen bei den bekannten Baumärkten bei ca. 80€ für ein Wochenende. Leider war das raus geschmissenes Geld, denn die Hilti hat dem Boden nicht mal einen Kratzer zu gefügt und der Bosch Hammer konnte zwar etwas rausstämmen allerdings hat dieser ganz schön gekämpft und ging auch extrem auf die Arme. Darum dachte ich mir für 130€ einen Abbruch Hammer der laut technischen Daten besser als die Bosch und die Hilit ist, ist einfach geschenkt. Da man bei den genannten Konkurrenten noch einen 0er hin hängen müsste. Und ich muss ehrlich sagen ich habe den Kauf keine Sekunde bereut, top Qualität absolut Hammer verarbeitet und robust. Außerdem kann man Öl einfüllen und spart sich damit das Geschmiere. Die Meisel sind extrem robust und gut verarbeitet der Koffer ist allerdings nicht das wahre aber tut definitiv seinen Job. Für das Geld ist das Produkt absolut 1A und ich würde behaupten einer meiner besten Käufe auf Amazon. Wie gesagt der Koffer ist zwar nicht die beste Qualität aber immerhin kriegt man hier einen einfach zu dem Gerät dazu mit Ohrschutz einer Brille und Handschuhen sogar eine Mundmaske mit Filter ist dabei, klar sollten die meisten Leute die solch ein Gerät brauchen sowas bereits zuhause haben und man könnte über die Handschuhe oder die Brille meckern aber hier kriegt man was für sein Geld, der Hersteller hat mitgedacht und jeder kann direkt los legen ohne dass er irgendwas braucht. Klare Kaufempfehlung. Übrigens habe ich gemerkt dass ich so von dem Teil geschwärmt habe dass ich vergaß darüber zu reden ob es denn auch tut was es soll. Dazu gibt es nur ein was zu sagen definitiv erfüllt es seinen Job ich hab den Boden an 2 Samstagen raus gehauenen und hatte richtig Spaß dabei. Das Teil ist durch den Beton wie durch Butter.
