This salt is the perfect size for soft pretzels and pretzel rolls. It seems like a good value and sticks great to moistened pretzel dough. I love the taste, though you have to use it a bit sparingly because each little cube has quite a salty punch.

Great value...perfect for bagels and pretzels

A little bit pricey compared to other pretzel salts but the quality is noticeable. The size of the salt is perfect for making soft pretzels and it also grinds up well in my salt grinder so I like that too. I would definitely purchase again.
