Love the capsule form. It keeps me regular. The capsules are a size that I can swallow. Effective and affordable. Taste is neutral.

I bought this as a convenient alternative to the powdered Metamucil that I normally take. I use fiber supplement for regularity and the health benefits. Taking the recommended daily dosage of 3 pills per day, for a week, I noticed there was zero benefit for regularity. It was like I was taking nothing. That's when I took notice of the amount of fiber I was getting versus two teaspoons of Metamucil... 2100 milligrams equals 2.1 grams, I needed to take 9 pills per day to equal the same amount of fiber. That's not at all cost effective. Well, I bought them, so I'm going to use them. I proceeded to take 9 pills per day and again, after a week, saw no benefit. There was no improvement in regularity like I get with Metamusil. These pills are ineffective and a waste of money.
