Q: How do I use the Bluetooth combined with my phone? I can pair but no sound

be sure the BT volume is all the way up and the amp is effectively bound to your phone.

Q: anyone having a hissing sound at any setting? I tried 3 different head phone they all have background hiss

I had similar issues. I tried every headphone set I had, including some fairly expensive beyerdynamic headphones. Turns out I just had a bad unit. The mfg sent me a new amp and it didn’t have any issues. I think you probably just have a defective unit. Customer service from Sonicake was great. Reach out and see what they can do.
