This is the second small steamer I've bought so I knew what I was getting into. These are good for thin fabric and works well for dresses and tops that are difficult or too delicate to iron. It doesn't really work on heavy cotton or thicker fabrics but I knew that going in. If you're looking for something to straighten out awkward blouses or summer dresses this thing works very well. It's basically a mug sized kettle with a spout that directs the steam. Be careful not to fill over the max line.

Small and easy to use, but you can't fill the water to the max line, need to only fill 3/4 otherwise it spits out. Quick to get rid of creases in clothes but not effective for deep creases or thick materials.

Second time of use and the rubber seal came loose ...
Second time of use and the rubber seal came loose and won't fit back in, meaning whenever you slightly tip the unit you get covered in boiling water. UNSAFE and not fit for purpose. BE WARNED.

Nice portable steamer
Note, I have changed my rating to reflect updated description. This is really a nice little steamer, well made and portable. Sturdy locking for the top so I know it is not going to spill hot water. Rated voltage is 220V. so you need a converter in North America. Note to anyone who wants this for travel, please check your destination voltage. I recommend Balon as a company as their customer service is excellent.
