I've been sick for over a couple weeks now. I have severe head and chest congestion. I've had a hacking cough for a week. Sometimes it's wet, and produces phlegm. Sometimes it's dry, and my chest gets tight due to build up in my lungs. When I first used this, I did it 30 minutes before bed. Then, laid down. I quickly realized I wasn't coughing. I usually start coughing even worse when I lay down. My nose usually closes completely when I lay down. So, I have to breathe out of my mouth to whole time I'm in bed. But, my nose stayed almost fully open for about 3 hours, before beginning to get stopped up again. Regular cold and flu meds don't even help my nose, when i lay down. I was pleasantly suprised and very happy. I've been taking this med, in conjunction with other regular cold and flu meds. When my cough gets really bad, or won't stop, I take this. It takes about 10 minutes to disolve in the mouth. It tastes like candy. Though, it doesn't have a specific flavor. I like the taste. You don't need to have it under the tongue to dissolve. Just wallow it around, or suck on it like candy in your mouth, until it's dissolved. I definitely recommend!

The taste is great, did absolutely nothing for my allergy cough 🤷‍♀️

Tasted great. Did not help my cough. 20 tablets for $17.00 dollars. The directions say to take 1 to 2 tablets 3 times daily. It was not making any change in my cough, so I upped my dosage to 2 tablets 3 times daily, still had no results. I used up all 20 pills in four days. 20 tablets at $17.00 equals 85 cents per tablet, 6 tablets per day would equal $5.10 per day, 6 tablets a day for 30 days would be $153.00. Not really was I was looking for.

I was feeling very enthusiastic about this product after reading the reviews, but to my dismay it did nothing to reduce my coughing with phlegm from bronchitis which I experience off and on throughout the year.

If you have a child who is over the age of 3, and struggles taking flavored syrups…THIS IS FOR YOU!We have struggled for years to get my son to take anything flavored when he has a cold.Sensory issues makes it hard for him to swallow a pill.These dissolve into a little bit of water, and has no flavor.Not only does this help him tremendously, but there is no fuss.Wonderful product!
