I was so happy drinking this for the past couple mornings. It is very very tasty, Servings are questionable... If you do the math, it’s right there for you each bag is supposed to contain 12 ounces of powder. 12 ounces equals 24 US tablespoons. If a serving calls for 3 tablespoons, 24÷3 = 8 so there are eight servings in each bag not 12. Though I really really love this chai it is absolutely delicious. I really have to say it is a very very very delicious and I felt amazing since drinking it. I would really hope that they can just get this quality control situation under control and at least do the math!!! not sure how they got 14 servings being at 3 tablespoons each with 12 ounces of powder, honestly it’s too expensive but it is damn delicious! I am hooked so Im ordering more....LOL

I have tried quite a few of these adaptogen blends. I like this one because the flavor is good. You have to use a lot to get a good texture and taste and it isn’t super easy to blend but that’s typical with these because of the dried milk they use. I’m glad they didn’t use a sugar substitute that has a weird taste. I would buy again.

I have been drinking this regularly for a few years now and lately there have been quality control issues. I got several bags in which the ziplock was not even attached to the bag; I'd open it and the blend was all in the dangling ziplock so there was no way to appropriately reclose the bag to store the product. I emailed the company and they seemed happy for the input and said they'd work on it; after that maybe only every 3rd bag has not been assembled properly. Next, I received bags in which blend itself was not blended - I opened bags and there were large lumps of unblended product that I guessed was the oat milk. Sure I could have pulsed the contents in the Vitamix for a few minutes to alleviate the problem but at $28.00 a bag I should not have to do this. I reached out to the company again - and by the way they do NOT answer their phone, email is the only option and other than automated replies they are not exactly responsive. I let them know about the UNblend and they did sound concerned and offered me replacements -- however, then communication dropped on their end and I felt like I truly had to hound them to get the replacements. I ordered more product recently and am still finding unblended product in the bag.Again, it is $28.00 a bag and that lasts me about a week. I like the taste of this but it is not my job to police their production problems so I'm looking for other alternatives.

This chai tastes good and is easy to make. It's good when mixed with milk or almond milk for a more creamy latte. I like that it has adaptogens and the chai spices, which seems to go good together. It gives a warm feeling like other chai drinks I've had.

This is my nightly "before bed" drink. I look forward to it every night. Very delicious! I drink it hot. I do measure 3 tablespoons into my cup (1 serving) to make sure my packet last me the full 14 servings.
