Healthy Polyphenols
I take Huge Elements's Citrus Bergamot for the polyphenols that it carries and it’s allegedly benefits, mainly; (i) it may lower blood sugar levels, (ii) it may lower the risk of heart disease, (iii) it may prevent blood clots, (iv) it improves digestion and, (iv) it may promote brain function (focus and memory). Some people even say that polyphenols protect against cancer, but I guess this may need some additional research.Huge Elements's Citrus Bergamot bottle suggests that the product has been tested for purity and potency, but you cannot find any indication in the bottle nor on company's website if such a test was performed by an accredited third-party lab nor can you find any report of the referred test. I believe it would be appropriate and fitting to suggest that the manufacturer should have this product tested by an accredited third-party lab and make the test report available on company's website. This could prove to be a wise way to build credibility. All in all, I like this product and recommend it.

Product was expired
Great product but it seems quality control and whoever packed the order is lousy at making sure products are still useable. My bergamot came expired. Amazon was pleasant enough to provide me a full refund.

Taking To Lower Cholesterol, Big Capsules
I learned about Citrus Bergamot as a way to reduce your cholesterol. I inherited high cholesterol, and I don't eat great anyway, so I'm taking small steps I can keep up with, this is one of those steps. I can't wait to see at my next blood work if this actually helps.Ok, these capsules are big, but they are capsules, so if you take them with water you can swallow them just fine (much easier than tablets). From time to time I get a bit of a citrus burp, but it is not bad at all.

Large capsules
These Citrus Bergamot capsules are large. You need to take 2 and it is suggested to take them with 8 - 12 ounces of water. You will need that (and more) to get these down. What I didn't realize when I ordered them is that you can not consume these with caffeinated products. It does not say how long you must wait after taking them before having caffeine. I find that disturbing, do I have to give up my coffee while taking these? I will need to do some research on that. The other thing on the bottles warning label states to avoid alcohol while taking these supplements. Also do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, and not for anyone under the age of 18.There is no odd smell to the capsules, they smell like any supplement. On the bottom of the bottle is the Lot number and the expiration date. The date is a good year out, so that is nice.Just like any supplement, the FDA is not authorized to approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness. So do your own research to see if this is something you feel comfortable taking.Time will tell if these are effective in helping lower my cholesterol levels.

Great for Cholesterol and High Quality!
I take bergamot mainly for cholesterol and secondarily for joint inflammation. It's also used for anxiety and mental alertness. It takes awhile to see results, but cholesterol levels will usually lower after 30 days. Some people may not see maximum benefits for 60–90 days. These are great quality and high strength at 1,000 mg per capsule. I take two capsules per day 20–30 minutes before meals. Bergamot may cause blood sugar to drop. If you have diabetes be aware it may considerably lower your blood sugar. Capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. The bottle contains 120 capsules, which is 60 (2) capsule servings and will last 2 months. Great price for the quality and quantity.

After researching these online..
..There was a product in these pill’s that it says that you really shouldn’t take and that too much of it is not good for you. Wish I did the research on the ingredients before I purchased these. All I did the research on was the actual fruit, which is good for youTo take, just wish I may have went with another brand perhaps.

Large and red
These pills are huge, and they have bright red capsules, which seems unnecessary. They don't have a weird smell or anything. It seems like a good deal for the amount you're getting. 4 stars.

60 day supply is huge
Supplements are difficult for me to review, so I often read other reviews to see what they say before I make my obligatory Vine review. Everyone seems to think this is a good deal, so I'm not going to let my lack of a beneficial experience keep me from having an open mind about this product. I've taken it for a couple of weeks now and I can't say that it has helped any of what I wanted it to help. I have IBSD, which creates a lot of gas and intestinal issues; I can't say that these helped any of that, but I think my case isn't typical, so I'm not sure I'm the best voice to speak to the claims of help with digestive problems. I gave this a four-star review for the sole fact that if you are looking for a Bergamot supplement, this looks like a pretty good deal - (the other reviews seem to think so anyway.) You get a 60-day supply for a low cost. The pills are huge and they claim that it is a good source of vitamin C, but they can't tell you how much of the vitamin you're getting, so I couldn't give it five stars.
