This is a tub of 60 capsules that claim to help you better manage your stress levels.They come in a sealed tamper proof tub so you know they are OK, the top just screws off without any safety mechanism (thankfully for me!)The capsules are clear with a powder inside in a brown colour, there are no identifying marks.I have a stressful job I have been doing for years but as I am getting older my BS resistance is wearing ever thinner. I have been thinking a lot about packing it all in and getting an easier job closer to home now my mortgage is finished downsizing my income & expenditure is becoming ever more attractive.A month ago I started taking a sleep remedy from another company and when these became available to review I thought why not try these at the same time.I honestly can say I am sleeping better (even more so since I started taking these) and that I am able to shrug off the fools at work noticeably easier than I have been able too for a long time.I have long been convinced that most (if not all) of these supplements are placebo mumbo Jumbo nonsense relying on at best a psychosomatic belief they are working.I have tried every variant available of CBD, some of which were VERY expensive all to no avail.BUT now I am for the first time ever, I am genuinely not so sure!My sleep really is better and I am calmer at work than I have been for a long, long time.I have over a months supply of these left and 1 month of the night time tablets, so I will keep taking these and the other tablets until they run out, I will then monitor my sleep and stress levels and if either returns to what it was before, buy some more and continue! The 10 year long search may well be over!The price for 2 months supply is, if they keep working is both justifiable and manageable.That makes this my first ever positive review of this type of product!Happy to help

Aptly named 'Numan', this healthcare company cater for Male health and well being.As a female, this company doesn't directly help me, but does indirectly help me by providing information and advice I can pass onto my partner of 26 years, who would 'put up with it' rather than 'check it out'.Numan is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and the MHRA, and registered with the GPhC.The Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of all Health And Social Care services in England has rated this company as 'GOOD', which is reassuring and a considerably better score than most of the public Health Care ratings they award.Numan has a trust pilot score of 4.2/5 with over 12,000 reviews, so it clears any doubt on whether the products offered are genuine.Now having said all this...I ordered my partner a food supplement "Stressless".He is approaching 51, and although I'm not a Biologist, sometimes I quite honestly believe there must be a male equivalent to the female menopause that affects men.Now, our 3 children are all adults, so we get to spend a little more time together and tonight I decided to mention this 'Stressless' and reassured him I've thoroughly checked Numan out (which he knows I would of done) and I would consider this a safe option to try.He agreed he would take 2 capsules which is the daily recommended dose...UNTIL I opened the bottle and he saw the transparent capsules which did to be honest, look like some Blackpool beach sand with Black hairs and bits in. Then he totally retracted his initial willingness.I am aware there are some natural products like 'Black Pepper' and plant root extracts in the ingredients, but, this leaves these capsules visually repulsive.lf the contents was enclosed in non-transparent capsule I am fairly confident he would of started the process of benefiting from this supplement.

The media could not be loaded.  The capsules are easy to swallow ✔️These are brilliant helps calm the mind and helps the body better handle stress 😁👍I find them fast acting. Relaxing 😌Definitely value for money and i highly recommend 😁👍

It's easy to swallow and has no taste.I've noticed that I fall asleep easily now, so I am assuming this is working.This bottle is for one month supply.

This is a great supplement to take to keep you calm and level headed. If you're going through a stressful time in life, then these will hopefully settle you down a bit. I've found that they worked pretty well when I had exams and I'd recommend them!
