Great salt, love it
I use this salt everyday, sometimes I just eat some directly without food. Just know that it's not a finishing salt and it's not - despite what they call it - a fine textured salt. It's not evenly ground like table salt. The texture is uneven, you use your fingers to pinch some and sprinkle it. I wouldn't even mention that if they didn't say it was fine because it's a great salt. Try it.

Amazing taste and health properties!
This is good salt! The taste, fineness, and Quality is superb. This company is top-notch. If you're a gardener, farmer or homesteading definitely look into SeaAgri minerals to add to your plants. Dr. Maynard Murray is a revolutionary doctor who they have based the whole business off his amazing research into sea minerals helping our soil, plants, nutrition content in the plant by feeding the sea minerals. People asked for a food safe kitchen salt with the healing minerals like they use in the garden.... So that's they made this salt. This is a small company with real people spreading the word via Farmer's Markets and conferences. (I also found out about doctors coming our with RX type soil using this kind of sea minerals... Whatever your minerals and vitamins your lacking they prescribe the soil minerals to feed your garden to uptake the right ratio for you.... So you eat the vitamins in the food after your grow out with the mineral rich soil... Sounds like a good plan to me)

Best sea salt EVER!!!
I used to love Celtic Sea salt. It was my absolute favorite. Then my brother convinced Himalayan is better. (He’s wrong) but I continued eating it despite my body saying meh. So I watched dr Bergs video and he mentioned Baja gold sea salt and that it’s the best. I thought fine. I’ll try it. Not likely but I need salt and Himalayan is boring as far as complex flavor goes. Himalayan was fine if you just want any “salt”.I’m in absolute love with Baja Gold sea salt. It reminds me of Celtic sea salt so much. I have not yet done a side by side comparison of Baja and Celtic, but I’m pretty sure Baja wins on complex flavor. According to Baja website- Baja gold sea salt has the highest magnesium content of all sea salt and the lowest sodium content. This makes sense as I’m probably deficient in magnesium which would make this taste the best to me. Celtic sea salt was second to Baja in terms of high magnesium and low sodium.I loved it so much I just ordered a 5 pound bag.Now for the cons- it’s ridiculously high priced. But if you’re a foody, or just really picky (like me?) you decide the flavor matters more than the cost. So I’m whining about cost- but I did already repeat buy, and much bigger size.

Product has moisture
I love the taste but because it has a higher moisture content than other salt I’ve purchased, very little come out a salt shaker. Most of the time I have to take the lid off, take a pinch and manually salt my food. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars vs. 5 stars.

A factory in Baja is not water from Sea of Cortez
Dr Maynard Murray spent his life from 1932 to his death in the 80’s hoping to find a way to replete our topsoil. It was heavily depleted then and is far more now. His solution was to find in the ocean, the repository of minerals, the most nutrient rich source of minerals. It is the Sea Of Cortez and salt is produced naturally on the beaches there. The only negative review on this site says it’s available at a fraction elsewhere. The largest salt works in the world is indeed in Mexico on Baja. However the water comes from Guerrero Negro lagoon fed by the Pacific Ocean, NOT the Sea of Cortez. Read the book or read up on the geology of that region. Fascinating story why it’s unique. I bought this salt finding it the richest amendment for minerals on my farm-by far the most rare trace minerals anywhere. The SeaAgri website has research and stories from farmers who put it on plants and feed it free choice to animals with good to extraordinary results.

NOT FINE!
Love the salt, hate deception! It's supposed to be "fine" salt as it is described, but the whole package contains very coarse salt!
