Best for chilly festival weather.
This is a study festival/holiday tent for sure because its 4.5kg, and realistically it's a 2man tent @ 4.4/4.5kg which is why I gave 4 stars not 5.I have 2 other 2man tents that's used for warm weather camping that give the same living space @ 1.5 x2m each at a carry weight of less than 1kg max, so in 18c weather weather they're my go to whereas this tent felt like it really is for the colder festival months (Feb/March) the pole reinforced front is a nice practical windy weather touch :-)This was fiddly to put up - but I love its design as the tent stands out from so many dome tents so that nobody could possibly mistaken my tent for theirs :) and for sure it's possible for one person to erect the tent (you'll have to semi peg it out first though) :-) Overall I'm happy

Impressive budget level tent
I have been able to do some initial weather testing of this tent before taking it on an upcoming trip, as it is advisable to always be familiar with your new gear, know how to set it up and check for damage or leaks before heading out.So having said that, set up: this is definitely a unique set up process and may require practice, but I didn't find it terribly hard, even by myself. If you have set up a few tents in your life, there will be no issues.Watching the short video is actually helpful. This is the first tent I have had where you set up the exterior rain fly first, so it was an adjustment. Each time I set this up it is faster and easier.I am very impressed by the materials of the fly and the bathtub floor which is pretty heavy duty material. This is a double wall and the material is absolutely thicker than my summer tents. I realize there are some who argue this is not a 4 season tent. It is indeed a 4 season tent BUT obviously that depends entirely on what your 4th season of winter is like. This is not a mountaineering tent and it will not hold heavy wet snow, simply by the nature of the shape that will not shed the snow enough. But, the inner has little mesh, just enough for ventilation, and the size and heavy materials are much, much warmer than summer style tents. This is a great cold weather tent, even in some snowy conditions. This is not a tent I would take summer camping in central Ontario- you will roast!I had it out 10 days over extremely varying weather- from clear and warm, to heavy rain, to winds 50-75 km/hr and then snow and freezing rain. I also had my older double wall this is replacing out for comparison. While my older tent has a larger vestibule and side entrance (which I love and will miss) that I have used in extremely high winds, I noted this tent was actually sturdier- in comparison the old tent (fully guyed out) really moved a lot in the high winds, whereas this one you couldn't even see the tent moving much. It was several days of odd weather and a number of rain events (including heavy rain) and there was no leakage in this tent.TIP: after I initially set this up and attached the inner last as required, I decided to try leaving it intact when I packed it up for the next set up to see if it was easier- ABSOLUTELY! I now leave the inner attached and it makes set up much faster with basically a one piece tent.PROS: for the price I don't think you can beat this. There were no loose threads. The material is actually heavy duty and seems sturdy. The vestibule is a decent size, something you don't see often and I need the extra space. The clear plastic windows in the vestibule add nice light. Good size inside. It is a 4 season and depending on your geographic location it will determine how much of that 4th season you can really use it. Waterproof and solid in high winds. It actually easily rolls up to fit in the provided bag.CONS: Because the inner is attached only by clips, I find it sags more than I like; it needs to be more taught especially with such a small space. Last, and this is the big con for me (I really vacillated on reducing at least a star for this, but in the end I think because of the price and overall quality I decided not too) THE DOOR! It opens down which is the most bizarre thing I have ever seen in my life in a tent- for the life of me I do not get this. It really is a pain, especially if you have pets or children because it lays on the ground and can be walked on and damaged unless it is always rolled up. There is NO purpose to this and I wish the company would fix this. It is the one thing that after time could be the deal breaker for me, time will tell.Overall, this is a pretty impressive budget tent if you want to camp in colder weather.

Leggera e pratica.

Waterproof. Kept us warm!
This tent is awesome!Me and my wife are rookie campers who decided to try cool weather camping this November on the Catoctin mountains in the pouring RAIN.DRYNESS: This tent weathered a serious downpour like a champ! No leaks! The tent kept our body heat in so well there was some condensation buildup. Our stuff got a bit damp. Condensation probably could have been alleviated if we kept screens unzipped and a draft going, but it was too warm inside to risk it we felt.We had a tarp under our tent. When we took our tent down we saw several puddles had pooled between the tent and tarp. No leaky floor! Amazing! I may not put a tarp down again.WARMTH: Temps only got down to a wet 40 degrees, so nothing too crazy. I was warm in my thermals with my mummy bag half way unzipped. My wife was cold until she zipped up her mummy bag and we spooned. It felt chilly inside until we unzipped the door and realized how cold it was outside! The tent felt cozier after that! Easily 10+ degrees warmer inside.LAYOUT: The layout of this tent is different. All the poles and rigidity go into the tents outer shell, while the inner core is a “loose” enclosure attached from the inside by toggles. It seems strange at first, but once you get your gear in it works. I suppose this helps keep the cost down.Plenty of room for us two and our bags. The front porch was great! We could both sit in it and lace up our wet boots and toss on our ponchos before going out in the storm without soaking the inside of our tent.CONCLUSION: Great inexpensive and durable tent for car camping in 3 seasons, maybe 4, but I can’t speak to that yet. If this tent went above $80 I would have probably considered other tents more seriously. It’s a great tent for the price.Hope this review helped!

Armado
Muy bien material, pero el instructivo de armado no es nada claro y eso complica mucho su instalación de la casa
