So delighted to have found this product here. Wal-Mart used to sell this product for years before taking it off the shelves, so relieved to know its here too and for a dollar cheaper than sold in stores. One of the best solutions for knee pain or leg cramps etc. Now this is strong scented but that also helps with soothing the pain or sore. Worth the price to relive pain, strains etc.

My first time using this “freeze” instead of the other popular “freeze” I must say I am very pleased with this product. Long lasting relief and cheaper in cost compared to other similar products. Highly recommended it.

This is the BEST stuff out there for pain relief.Ive been buying it for years now and I'm literally addicted and now it's so hard to find and the prices are going up which is worrying me that I won't be able to get it at some point.

This is one of two different pain relief creams I use on my back. I have a severely damaged lower spine and using Zim’s Max Freeze along with Aspercreme beforehand really does help to reduce my pain level for up to 4 hours I would say. So the longevity is not too bad, but I would consider 4 hours short term. These are the only two pain relief creams that I would recommend and I tried about every single one on the market.

There is no better product out there for sore, tired, painful muscles out there...I promise you. I have tried all of them. My personal experience: From the natural (pepper oil) to the rx gel, and everything in between. I have an illness that keeps me in constant pain and rigidly. When it's just so unbearable, I can't relax or sleep, or just want to feel better this is my go-to for relief. This is a unique feeling/sensation that makes my muscles "quite down" and allow me relief. The pepper gel/cream feels like my whole body ate spicy food, and that the oil doesn't dry well. Let's just say "don't touch your eye today. There are some that make me feel like a huge peppermint. And stinky. And no better. But if I use Zimms the way I apply all ointments and massage it into my skin it makes me feel better than anything I have used for many years.

This product, based on the listed ingredients, and weight, has about twice as much menthol as the equivalent menthol gel sold by Walmart, yet it is less expensive. Using it is equivalent to putting ice on whatever muscle is inflamed, because it cools for about 20 minutes, but you can be going about your life for that 20 minutes rather than holding ice on it. It cured my tennis elbow better than steroid shots or physical therapy.
