High quality have had it over a year it hasn't unscrewed itself yet and I use it constantly feels like a real balisong definitely a excellent trainer.

Very ease to grip helps with hand strength. Quality if very good well made. Light weight very ease of use and movement. Their is no sharpness so no worries about hurting yourself definitely has a good safety mechanism.

I bought this bc it’s cheap, patriotic, and I love the design. However, as a flipper, it’s pretty awful. The handles are horribly thin, and the latch messes with the balance. Fans of all kinds are difficult and uncomfortable, and really nothing else feels good on this. The tolerances are pretty bad, lots of tap, lots of play. But tbh, I think this is perfect if you’re buying it to flip for fun or for patriotic events, or even if you’re a beginner. A lot of people say that you need to buy something expensive to start out, but that’s not true. For $8, this will take you as far as you need to go to find out if you like this hobby or not. I’d say it’s worth the money, but don’t expect much.

Purchased for my son at his request. He loves it and uses it almost like a fidget toy. He enjoys practicing different moves and I don’t have to worry about him hurting myself. It’s also pretty well made and has shown no signs of deteriorating.

These trainers are actually leaps and bounds above reg trainers . The weight is actually a LOT heavier than the reg trainers you get starting out . the quality of these are absolutely top notch and they will last a long time when you get the weight down and get comfortable and start trying tricks . If you are learning butterflies and want a set that will have you stepping up your game a bit , DEF check 1 or 2 of these out . I'm DEF going to get a few more to keep laying around when I get bored . ( These are VERY Nice to learn flip and pin tricks with . They are a little heavier than most . )

Great trainer! I absolutely love it but just one thing I practiced with it for 1 days and then it got super loose. Every time I play with it I feel like it will fall apart. Definitely get the $50 or more ones.
